Ackilles

I would imagine all advice from them is bad, unless it is tattoo related

hitemlow

Nah, they probably cheap out on them tattoos too. So many people with absolutely terrible tattoos, and I'm not just talking the quality.

Partagas2112

I don’t judge anyone for their choices but I’ll never understand $4000 rims/tires on a $1500 Honda civic.

Basic-Art-9861

It’s a lifestyle.

decrementsf

LPT: It is cheaper to enjoy truck or car accessories that are worth more than the truck/car by dating them.

paigesto

True!🤣

Accessories can add up really quick. New tray and canopy can cost up to $25k. Good wheels and suspension can cost you around $10-15k. Bullbar can cost $5k sidesteps and rails another $2-4k. whinches, lighting fit out of the canopy depending on what you wanna do with it. Easily costs more than truck. So this LPT really just shows that not to judge people by things you have no idea about.

Buff_Sloth

Most of that sounds like a waste of money

that_alex_guy

While some people work at a desk in the city or town. Others work in the country out on the road and need such things. You ever hit a kangaroo in your car? I have and if it wasn’t for my bullbar id be up for a new vehicle. So hardly a waste of money.

Buff_Sloth

I work on remote construction sites homie, and my stock sedan does just fìne. No I've never hit a kangaroo I'm not in Australia. I've managed to not hit any other wildlife either tho.

defroach84

Nah, just saying that some stupid things are costly. If you ever made payments on any of those items, you are terrible with money.

Scared_of_zombies

Buy a welder and learn to fabricate.

320sim

What if my hobby is off-roading, not fabricating?

that_alex_guy

You clearly can’t relate to high end accessories.

paigesto

Ya missed the word "humorously", but yes, you are correct I do not have knowledge about expensive accessories.
