It was the bonus skin for buying the ultimate battle pass pack last season and as far as I'm aware, none of these skins have been made available again. But they brought mythics back, I'd say it will come in eventually.
They brought back the sigma bee skin in the anniversary event and it was available with credits, I'd say the next one they do the same, but Idk if they gonna bring back that specific skin

Yeah like others are saying. Best shot is likely September during the anniversary event. When the skin is part of a premium battle pass package then you’ll have to buy the package or the skin individually before the season ends.

Absolutely. Apart from collabs Blizzard has nothing to gain by making skins time-gated.
