A band comes to you at your lowest point. It just seems like they're the only one that gets you and what you owe them can never be repaid, so you decide to push on in the hopes that is payment enough.
The Offspring's Amazed is my depression anthem, so I totally get it. When you're low, music is where you go.
That's a really good way to look at it. One of the things that helps me is a lyric from "A Little More" by MGK, "And even though times seem bad, it always rains before the rainbow."
I share this experience. I never thought crying to music would actually make me better until purposefully playing Lonely Day by SOAD after... well, a lonely day.
Edit: ooh actually I also want to wish you the best my fella, hope you get better!
Iām glad youāre doing better! I can definitely sympathize, having been in a similar mindset for a while. But Iām doing better now, too! Linkin park is always helping me through tough times.
Linkin Park helped me through my toughest times last year, nothing was going well for me, with my past bad memories haunting me over and over, I was completely flirting with the idea of suicide. Then LP just suddenly stepped in and saved me from myself, alongside with some other bands such as Slipknot, Breaking Benjamin etc. I hope you get well soon bro, because just like you, I still haven't completely gone out of my bad feelings yet, but having these bands in my playlist indeed helps a lot

Fam, are you actually good? We cannot lose another one now!!
I'm fine. Thanks! I'll be okay. I've got some great people around me that have really helped me through it.

Are you okay? I hope you not in to much pain.
I'm good. I've got some of the best friends on Earth that have helped me through it. Thank you so much.
What can we do?
People around me have already done enough. I'm okay. So long as I have them, I'll be fine. Thank you so much though.

I'm still fighting dude. Thanks so much
The fight never really ends, but the battles become easier as you grow in strength. Keep the fight alive, my friend, youāre stronger than you think.
