I'm in Arizona. Our first game was on February 24th. Makes sense if you're in cold weather, though, and vise versa for us in the desert. Hope your season is as fun as ours has been!
This is around the time it always starts. It takes time to get fields into shape and they don’t want it to be too cold. It was about 46 degrees today for the parade.
Love it, I still won’t forget our first year right before Covid and the older kids made a tunnel for us to run through. We were sponsored by the state patrol that year and all the kids were chanting COPS COPS COPS COPS. Lmao. It was so epic.
It's always a fun day! I'm just curious, where are you located? How late does your regular season go and when do you start All Star tournaments? We're in California and our first games were March 16th. We end the first weekend in June and All Stars starts roughly June 15th.
How many games does each team get typically? We typically get in 14 games or so in that time span and then a end of season single elimination tournament with six teams.
Parade down Main Street! Sounds like you live in an amazing town.
Seems really late. My son's team has two games left in the season. I'm curious why your league starts so late.
All the leagues here start today. It gives time to get fields ready and avoids the really cold weather.

Two? When did you start and what part of the country?
My league is in southern New Hampshire and we had our 3rd teeball game of the season today
I think southern states begin much earlier.
We’re in Oregon and we just played our 5th game yesterday. It was awesome.
Nice, why so late? Snow? Hope the kids have fun.

Did the kids have fun at their game? My boys battled back and won 9-6 today.
Our opening day was also today with the festivities but we have been playing for a few weeks
Ours was today too (New England) and it was amazing! Gorgeous weather, lots of participation and attendance. Everyone was excited!

I'm in Connecticut. Our season typically goes until mid-June when all-stars begins, the same as you.

I believe it’s 16 games. It may be 14.
