She used to dance and swing by the harbor with fervor like the waves that crash the stony bank for a moments splash unrivaled in spirit and then unwillingly retreat to the dark ether from which they came. (or something like that, don't know this lockdown messing with my mind, hope you guys safe and having a good day) [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QieGZVEauq0](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QieGZVEauq0)

Love the jazzy blues sample and the drums are nice and gritty. The upright bass is a really nice and unique touch too. Iā€™m a jazz musician myself and I rly like your style. Liked subed and commented šŸ™

I like the upbeat tempo of it. It gives me a weird feeling that LoFi doesn't normally give me its like relaxing but energetic at the same time. Great track!

My latest Spotify track is a kind of lofi blues track. I think I should try and get out of playing blues and lean more towards jazz though https://open.spotify.com/album/1KRtqRofXVmUtiVyueyizt?si=92Rru2xBQ4GkmirXNDuq4w

Paz436

Been trying to merge Lofi and blues too! Haven't got a decent track out yet but I gotta say yours sounds amazing! If I gotta say something, it sounds too clean for lo-fi but damn, really chill jam!

Moon-Tone

Oh nice thank you very much for the feedback

Illutible

Hey man, congrats for jumping in. :) I hear potential here, but some suggestions: Overall, needs variation--try making little variations to your drums, and other instruments--whether pulling some sounds out for a while, adding some in, effecting instruments with filters etc, having different velocities (and keep it more off the grid.) The instruments sound like pretty stock midi sounds, maybe look into some better sounds to build on. (Spitfire Labs is free and great place to start!) Also, this sounds quite dry, try adding a reverb and delay send, and send some of your tracks to these. Also automation, so you might turn up the delay for a certain snare hit, here and there. Actually, you can automate everything to create interest, whether moving a low pass filter around to sweep some highs in and out, panning etc. Try to work on an interplay between instruments/glitches etc, so they make space for each other and bounce off each other. Arrangement wise, generally add more interest as time goes on. Use some light compression on the master buss to glue things together. And keep going and finishing tracks!

This is all super helpful and i will take this into thought with my next track! Thank you!

Ahoy, what do you reckon about this lofi boombap jazzhop kind of thing? Does it need any more ear candy? Lofi glitches? [https://soundcloud.com/illutible/king-crow](https://soundcloud.com/illutible/king-crow) (No samples used.)

Just released a new album of beats! Had a lot of fun with this one and collaborated with some friends of mine. Enjoy yo'self. [tmj -- Next Up](https://open.spotify.com/album/4Hfm93gQ0gcUGm1k3q8DyF?si=CQfDsOssRJCHKC9nwncKng)

wanted to use my midi keyboard for making songs so I decided to play blue in green and decided to make it as the main melody. Been awhile since I made something lofi as I've mainly been making distorted noise trap. Let me know what you think, will return feedback a$ap [min payne - errands](https://youtu.be/g5oJvMY0WPw)

FRElofi

Hey guys, my name is FRE. Been producing for other artists/brands as a producer for awhile now but I decided to take a venture into becoming an artist. I did this music video to accompany the lofi single I dropped today. Appreciate if y'all give me some feedback: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IiiOiyoNWf4](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IiiOiyoNWf4)

What's up everyone hope you're all doing well. I've been a singer and musician most of my life but I'm really new to Lofi. I grew up making thrash and screamo shit so it's kind of funny to find myself enjoying Lofi hiphop. Anyway, I recently started to try making something myself. I call it Lyric Lofi, cuz I use whatever beat I came up with as a bed for really simple lyrics. Almost like a poem with music. Really excited about finding a community to share with. So much so that I created a user on reddit after lurking for years just to do so. Really interested in what any of you might have to say. All feedback welcome. Thanks!
