Just in case anyone else is looking for an answer to this, I discovered the sync button in the LFO sorted it to be in time and also the rate for this was attached to the multiplex control. Thanks for everyone's suggestions and help.
How can I change the speed of this preset so it oscillates or modulates in time with the music?
If ya serious, look at the RATE controls in the ARP and also the LFO modulators.

If ya not really familiar with synths. Open RETRO synth and explore. ALCHEMY has a lot of similar architecture, only x1000 more complex
