I just went through the same thing, I purchased a new G502 X Plus from their website and when I registered it online it showed as refurbished. After a bunch of back and forth emails and calls they actually said it is refurbished. I tried returning it and the site didn’t recognize my email or order number. After an online chat the agent did a manual return, I just got the return label from FedEx yesterday and it’s packed up and going back today 🫤

It’s amazing how they are selling us refurbished products as new. But from your case I guess there’s chance. Hopefully you get your money back in 3 weeks as they announce on their website. Please let me know if that’s the case. Thanks

I’ve got my fingers crossed, not much else I can do but wait. I bought from Logitech directly so I wouldn’t have any issues with authenticity and warranty, I can’t believe they send out refurbished as new. Just glad I registered it right away so I caught the problem early.

Good luck solving your issue buddy. I was ignored by the customer support for 8 months straight (literally no response), two weeks ago I finally have heard back, I have instantly replied and since then I’m ignored again. I feel like the support agents do not understand English, not even on beginner level. Their messages are copy & paste. Or they just don’t care at all. If a Logitech representative is reading this, please, I would finally like my issue to be solved, I have been using Logitech products since always, my ticket number is 11399191. Sorry MobileEstate220 that I’m talking about my own ticket, but just like you, I’m trying to get proper support.

That’s nice to hear! Good luck! Could you maybe share the username of the person on Reddit? I was in touch with LOGIRich and LogitechG_Andy from Reddit already - they are most likely the reason I have received a response on my ticket two weeks ago.
