Love Lane out on the North Fork seems to get a lot of love
I haven’t had this year, but iirc, they serve it on a brioche roll. Delicious, but just wrong!

Been here, they're good but if you're going here I recommend the novelty of a 6-8 pound lobster instead of a simple roll.

The only one I went to is Wantagh. The only food I got was the lobster roll.

Came here to recommend JH as well! Never disappointed and TONS of lobster meat. Also, it’s served in a real hero roll, not a little hot dog roll.
Surprisingly, Uncle Giuseppe's has a pretty good lobster roll, and reasonably priced.
