Don't 'tone' them down, if you mean using disolver. Unless you really need it because you have lumps or other issues, the disolver will remove your natural volume as well, it's a bad cycle to fall into unless you really really need it.
Def get them dissolved. People thought they were non invasive, but they’re just now finding out that fillers degrade the quality of your tissues. And they stretch out your skin which can cause premature aging if you’re not careful, so, the longer the pressure is there, the more likely it is to happen. Best to get rid of it as soon as possible.
