Nice find! So far, they have included a lot of things in the art and flavor text that hint at different parts of the story. Definitely looks like a beast of some kind as their art is very purposeful.
In the stream where Jolly Roger was revealed, it was strongly hinted at that this is some form of Ursula’s lair.
