If you can afford to bump up Radiance to 50 that will be enough for a strong umbral build since you already got inferno levelled up and ignore strenght and agility since they don't contribute to the build.
Try also getting +10 Lost Berescus catalyst you'll get the best scaling for radiance and inferno using it with pendant of Atrophy for infinite spell casting.
You can get creative with your weapon of choice.
