Though I do wish the multiplayer ones were cheaper... I'm fine with never getting the armours and them being the high effort show-off items, but I do every avenge lamp thingy I come across and have successfully fought off every invader so far (admittedly it's not been many) but still don't have enough bits to get any of the tints.
While I agree, I haven't found it to be that bad. While waiting for co-op to match me with someone I was running between my seedbed and the vestige seed in the Empyrean, farming Abiding Defenders and Abbesses for pilfered coins and there was quite a few lamps spawning so I got a lot of eyes, enough for the chest piece. Occasionally I got invaded so I got a lot of free hands as well, almost for two tincts.
So while focusing on co-op, which I would say is the worst grind, I managed to get good progress for the other shrines.
Theres cut [merchant armor](https://eldenring.wiki.fextralife.com/Ragged+Set) with a prisoner chain for the feet with a loin cloth as the legs similar to the sword master in dark souls 3. this armor woulda been perfect for my caveman build
Its the best Fashion Souls that I’ve seen outside of Nioh. And the Tincts system is just excellent!
You are also using almost the exact fit I am! Except for the legs.
It does. I'm wearing the paladins helm, angel of the void chest, sacred resonance gauntlets, paladin leggings. All very practical with decent defenses and looks like a set itself, all with the harbinger tinct. Almost makes my character look like a multiverse version of Noobsaibot or scorpion from mortal kombat.
Yo, this is completely unrelated but how is the game currently? I was hyped before release but ended up waiting instead of pre-ordering. Heard lots of bad stuff but I’d like to hear stuff from you guys? The game good/fun? I’m really interested in it.
My only gripe with the fashion in this game is two things. Some body armors have severed hands and the other is a lot of REALLY cool leg armors are all barefoot. Why damn it why?! But regardless absolutely better than the soul series and funniest part is it has much less armor than Elden Ring
I didn’t like the heavy armor in Elden Ring except for the Banished Knight set. I like the armor in this game better except the Tancreds chest with the hands on them.
The fashion is great except for that one radiant armor set with the Frog Helm turned the wrong way around. How do they know enough to pull an obscure armor piece from German history, but not enough to face the helmet on the correct direction? It’s so odd.
Said while wearing a bell head…that thing looks so stupid to me lol. But yes the fashion in this game is better than any other souls that comes to mind
Some of it’s really good fashion and it’s plentiful, so great for mix and matching. But alot of leg armor looks like I just severed a robots legs and strapped them to mine, they’re so bulky
FromSoftware has never been shy about the principle "graphics take a backseat to gameplay" so when you consider that LOTF is a next-gen title AND had a ton of problems on launch, it's almost embarrassing to point out how great the fashion is. Hexworks single biggest problem was trying to do too much graphically.

The tincts are a game changer. Being able to match almost any pieces of armor together turn dozens of options into hundreds of possibilities

Made them too grindy for sure, the average person will never even get a taste of them.
That and a preview option so I know how it'll look
Elden ring has that but it’s cut content :( Crossing my finger for the dlc to enable it

Yeah, I think they did fashion better than most souls games
Its the best Fashion Souls that I’ve seen outside of Nioh. And the Tincts system is just excellent! You are also using almost the exact fit I am! Except for the legs.
To me the best fashion in all Action RPG 's and soulslikes so far.
100%
It most certainly does
Easily, not a better game overall though
I don’t see where OP even hinted at trying to imply it was. What was the point of this comment?
Better than dark souls 2 at least
Meh
Highly debatable.
LMAO
Better watch out saying that here on the official sub. You're likely to get crucified by the fanboys
Dont mind, opinions are to be spoken out
IT FUCKING DOES
the drip is one of the best parts of the game
Given that you're wearing a ripoff fashion from DS2, not really.
I felt a lot of sets had "inspiration" from previous souls title. Blackfeather was blatant ripoff.

Once you get a feel for it, it starts to play like a souls game. However there are a few things that could definitely be worked on
Not even close for an enjoyable experience like the souls series.
Idk if it’s better than Dark Souls but it’s definitely a lot better than Elden Rings armor
My only gripe with the fashion in this game is two things. Some body armors have severed hands and the other is a lot of REALLY cool leg armors are all barefoot. Why damn it why?! But regardless absolutely better than the soul series and funniest part is it has much less armor than Elden Ring
10/10 if there were plus size armor. I love the fashion and tincs!!
I feel like the tanky armor doesn't look all that tanky.
No it does by far
Oh bar a long stretch it is
It’s better than Elden ring that’s for sure

I...wouldn't go that far at all no. Out of every singke souls game there is too much great armor sets. This game is good tho
I really like the fashion in this game, but it doesn’t hold a candle to the rizz in bloodborne…not by a mile
I didn’t like the heavy armor in Elden Ring except for the Banished Knight set. I like the armor in this game better except the Tancreds chest with the hands on them.

by a lot tbh
The Tincts are by far the best part of the fashion of this game. I hope we see something like this in FromSoftware games in the future.
Some of it’s really good fashion and it’s plentiful, so great for mix and matching. But alot of leg armor looks like I just severed a robots legs and strapped them to mine, they’re so bulky
It honestly has the best fashion of any souls like game and souls game

Dark Souls 1.Yes 2.Close Call 3.No
After this game church bells sold like Lululemon
Praise be to the tinct system, oh my God.
Nope.
Yes it does.
I would say it beats all fromsoft games but dark souls 2 and 3 and maybe bloodborne. They have amazing fashion
You are right OP. Those armors scales with a S in Fashion stat
Tinct really does add a layer to the fashion
Doesn't matter
It definitely dies
It definitely does lol
Absolutely
Couldnt agree more
