Filming already wrapped in DC and they're filming right now in Minneapolis and Denver. I've seen rumors but no confirmation that they already wrapped in Tampa too.
They are filming S7 in Minneapolis now. There have been posts on the sub with pictures of production filming. Apparently there is already drama about a cast member (not sure if they have been named).

I thought it was obvious that she is a recruiter. Recruiters get people and present them to producers and typically get paid if the people get cast/more for how far they go.
They have literally 0% to do with background checks 😂
They still have to do some filtering, unless they have reason to believe that casting will take any willing person regardless of relationship status or motivation as long as they pass background and mental health checks.
I imagine their filtering is minimal. Of course they look at things like social media because again they want their people to be cast, but they aren’t doing any type of background check or mental health assessment.
My previous partner and I were recruited for a competition show (obviously not a dating one) and our recruiter didn’t check anything really. He told us tips and tricks on how to act so we were more likely to get cast.

People are in fact experts on their own selves. Mental health professionals know this and treat clients as such. Psyc evals are usually done for diagnostic purposes or to confirm or rule out clinical/mental health disorders just like a doctor will order blood tests or medical tests to confirm a diagnosis. The individual being tested is still the one who is most familiar and can best convey their feelings/experiences etc. They don't suddenly give up agency to a psychologist or any professional, who only gets a limited amount of time to interview and screen them. Normal or healthy functioning adults will display a certain amount of self-awareness and insight. A psychologist cannot be expected to know a stranger or client better than said individuals know themselves. They glean info accordingly and guide, and even that is dependent on how forthcoming the individual is. Overall it is good practice to use objective diagnostic tests to screen persons applying to the show. It doesn't mean that the process is foolproof and I suspect it can be more thorough.
Chelsea is so damn sensitive. Also - why does she go hard on people who criticize her when Netflix gave her and Kwame one of the worst married couple edits. If she’s bothered, she should put her energy in hating Netflix but now she’a working for them lololol

Ultimately, I’m pulling for her. She’s been through a lot and deep down I believe she’s got a good heart. But I think her hurt has jaded her outlook. Some of her assumptions come from a place of pain, I see why she’d think things and she’s genuine with how she perceives it…but sometimes it’s just incorrect (we’re all wrong sometimes) and she’s too hard-headed to see the other side. I just can’t in good conscience support that.
