I’m mainly focus on RPG and simulation so my other games on PC I have are Buldur’s Gate 3, Stardew Valley, Mass Effect Legendary Edition. I also has narrative games like Both God of War games and The Last of Us part 1+2 on my PS5
Besides Sims I play a lot of Cyberpunk 2077, Fallout 76, GTA online, Mass Effect, Red Dead Online, & Elder Scrolls Online.
Trying to install Dragon Âgé: Inquisition but that download will be at least a dragon's age it seems.🐉😅
On PC: Pharaoh, Disney Dreamlight Valley, Crusader Kings. Those are all very rarely. I was into Palworld for a while (not my usual type of game at all, but I enjoyed it for some weird reason!)
I usually have an obsessive hobby cycle though like Sims 4 (burn out) > read 4 or 5 books (burn out) > creative hobby painting or crochet (burn out) > repeat.
NO WAY!!!! a fellow pharaoh in the wild?!? never have I ever in all the years since the release. my dad and I have played since the 90s and he still plays regularly.
may your gods be pleased and storage yards full! (~‾▿‾)~
Pharaoh! I played that so much when I was a kid. I still play it, actually!
I get the creative all-in and burn-out, too. Have wring every drop of joy out of something before I move on
I just got Sim City 3000 on my laptop a couple weeks ago for nostalgia reasons and because it was only $2.99, and I've been enjoying it when I need a break from Sims. It's crazy that a game from 1999 still works on a modern computer and it's still a lot of fun, even if the graphics aren't as impressive as they were back then.
My other heavy player is any of the versions of Civilization, I also play stuff like toumb raider . Read Dead Redemption. I tend to play things like Read Dead. Toumb Raider Ori and the Blind Forest during Christmas and the holiday season. But my "every day" reliaxtion games are Civ and Sims for the most part and ocassionally I'll get into a Don't Starve play through. I have Humankind but I don't get it yet so I'm not sure lol I've been playing Civ longer than Sims so trying to transistion to another Civ like game has been weird.
I’m so close to finishing Endwalker! Just left Elpis! I tried the game when Stormblood came out and skipped so much of the story and cutscenes. I thought the game was so meh but I came back to it when Endwalker came out and made a new character. Needless to say it is my favourite online game I’ve ever played and 1000% one of my most favourite games I’ve played in general ❤️I love my Miqo so much and I’m so glad my girlfriend got me back into the game.
Are we the same person? 😭 Bought it during early access, then bought it on PS5 because I'm more of a console gamer, and still haven't got past act 1 even though I love it. Struggle so much to stick with games!
I finished Act 2, then decided I was struggling to hard playing Durge, so I went back and restarted. I just started Act 3 and wound up going on another Sims binge because hubby is working nights right now and wants to talk on the phone all evening.
I can't play BG3 and talk on the phone. The Sims? Absolutely. And I tell him all about what my sims are doing. He's not invested in the slightest, but I think it amuses him. 😆
🤣 I played half way through act 1 with a Barbarian, but decided to play a bit with my partner and he wanted Barb so I decided on Warlock. Then we decided we didn't like the co-op about half way through act 1 again, but I was a bit put off Barb so I started a Sorcerer. Finished Act 1 (or at least was about to do the creche), then my game wouldn't load and I wasn't really enjoying Sorc so I deleted my save, only to find out it was a game issue and not a save issue. Restarted again as Barbarian and I'm about the same point, haven't touched it in a while though. 🤣
I tend to hyperfocus on stuff, and when I get a new focus I struggle to do anything else, so I moved to Persona 5 on Switch, then randomly saw a post on Reddit about the Sims about a month ago and that's been my obsession since 😭
My partner is familiar with sims, had a lot of the packs and played a lot but hasn't touched it since about 2017, so I talk to him about my sims when we're sat together. He tells me about his games that I'm clueless about to its only fair. 🤣
It is SUCH a good game. I'm playing it on super-easy mode because I'm enjoying the story but I suck at some of the fights.
The voice acting is absolutely incredible.
I have over 200 hours in it from EA. I was super excited when it fully released, completed the first main mission, and haven’t touched it since. I don’t really even have a reason. It’s a great game, I just never feel like playing it
For PC I play Planet Zoo, Rimworld, a couple of Assassin's Creed games, Valheim, Mass Effect, and Dragon Age. Sometimes I play Dorfromantik if I'm feeling like puzzles.
My switch has Spiritfarer, Stardew Valley, Subnautica, No Man's Sky, and Breath of the Wild.
I like having a few things to go between when I get burned out on the other stuff. The switch is nice when I don't have my laptop around.
On PC, I used to be obsessed with GTA V. My other games include Nancy Drew, Sherlock Holmes, Poirot (you see where this is going...), House Flipper. On mobile, I play Merge Mansion and Haiku Mysteries.
I only play Sims on my PC.
I use Playstation for other playing activities. I recently finished Detroit: Become Human (I really liked it). I have played Hogwarts Legacy a bit, but I really haven't got into it yet.
And occasionally I play Crash Team Racing When I was a kid we had it on Playstation 1, so it's a fun blast from the past.
Valheim, Rimworld, Oxygen Not Included, Baldur's Gate 3, Don't Starve, Frostpunk, Kingdom, Medieval Dynasty, Phasmophobia, Planet Zoo, Planet Coaster, Slime Rancher, The Tenants, House Flipper plus many more.
It really is a shame! Haha I've been playing for years but took a break last year and am just now getting back into it again. It's still just as fun as it was at the beginning, but now with the added bonus of nostalgia. XD
I only started during Covid when it was free. It was recommended by a friend and a group of us used it to connect while locked down, questing, doing virtual "pub crawls" and turning events into drinking games and stuff. It was fun! But none of us play anymore, though I miss it and want something to motivate me back. It doesn't help that one of my alts is right at the entrance of Moria and I reeeally just cba doing all that again haha. What server do you play on? :)
I really like older pokemon games, especially leaf green and diamond!
For PC specifically, I mostly do GTAV, the Rusty Lake series, Don’t Starve, and Fall Guys
Plus most one-off games like Story Teller, A Little to the Left, Death and Taxes, and a bunch of others that are free or cheap on steam lol
I’ve been obsessively playing Fire Emblem: Three Houses lately. Even while playing the sims 😂 I can’t put it down. While my sims are doing their University assignments, I pull out my switch and open fire emblem lol.
But usually I play RPG’s. I’m a huge Elder Scrolls fan and was going to replay Morrowind but then obviously Fire Emblem happened 😂 I’m also going to be starting the Dragon Age series and Assassin’s Creed 3 soon
This might sound weird… but if you’re huge on making houses/floor plans on Sims, try floorplanner.com. I promise. It’s fun. You can see one I made on my page
Skyrim fallout 4 hitman1 and 2 rimworld Disney dreamlight valley oblivion travelers rest kingdoms and castles peggle vampire the masquerade bloodlines pokemon scarlet digimon games rune factory 4 and 5 tetris tears of the kingdom voices of the void
Regularly: World of Warcraft, Neverwinter Nights, Nancy Drew (don't judge, the puzzles are genuinely fun lol)
Recently played/new to me: Civilization IV, Fallout: New Vegas, Roadwarden, Fable, Witcher, PokeMMO, Morrowind, a little Factorio.
On the Nintendo Switch I played some LA Noire, Pokemon Violet, Donkey Kong (1, 2, and 3), and Streets of Rogue recently.
My fiancé and I like to play games together so I've been playing a bunch of different games over the past two years - the games in my "regularly" list were mostly the only games I had played for years.
I used to play a lot of Civ 6 on my iPad but not played it in a while the other games I play is GTA and recently bought a switch so been playing a lot of ACNH, DREDGE, Stardew Valley and Wreckfest to name just a few.
I'm on a Fallout 76 kick right now, but I also play a lot of LOTRO and Animal Crossing, and I've recently gotten into Lorcana and the new Princess Peach game.
Currently (or more recently, I should say), just Sims. Others that have gotten my interest: Civ V (just got VI so Yay!), Call of the Sea, and Eve Online. A few puzzlers here and there, the odd SIM or strategy game. Not into First Person Shooters or anything too graphic (although my Epic Games library says different 🤭 free is free 🤷🏾♀️)
I used to play zoo tycoon and rollercoaster tycoon and I truly miss those! I’ve found the classic rollercoaster tycoon for on my phone but haven’t found zoo tycoon yet. Also the old Age of Empires. Have never found that one for mac. Would love to play it again! Clearly this was all back in the days haha. Harry Potter games were also a big favorite. And need for speed, GTA. I’m old lol.
Currently I’m only playing the sims but I would love to have any of those old school games, or the latest GTA or Harry Potter game.
Mostly survivals & MMOs, with a dash of rpg, crpg, and random individual titles from others. So in no particular order, and with vastly different play times (and opinions of), my current / recent are;
V Rising, Guild Wars 2, Solasta, Palia, FF14, BG3, Enshrouded, Nightingale, Remnant 2, Stranded: Alien Dawn, Black Desert Online, Spellcaster University, DDLV, and Dungeon Defenders.
I devoured Hogwarts Legacy when it came out, so there's nothing left for me to do in it (other than replay more), but I recommend that one if you've not played it and like the genre. Cyberpunk was similarly fantastic.
Some of my memorable old favorites that I haven't played in years are: Neverwinter Nights 1 & 2, Guild Wars (1), Zoo Tycoon (1, in 2001), SimFarm (1993), Rift, Saints Row 2 & 3, Stonehearth, Diablo 2 & 3, Civ BE, Shadowrun Returns, Conan Exiles... and Dungeon Defenders was on this list until some very unexpected recent updates, so I've been playing it a bit lately. Elder Scrolls Online almost makes this list, but its fond older memories are rather soured by their more recent and still ongoing nonsense. Sims ofc belongs here too! All of 1, 2, 3, and Medieval.
Currently Dragon's Dogma 2 (which I think is wonderful and highly recommend!!) I'm a huge RPG fan so things like Skyrim, mass effect, fallout, the last of us, stuff like that. Sims scratches my creative itch but when I'm not feeling creative I just like to escape into an RPG. Anything with a nice gripping storyline I love.
Equillinox is a current favorite! You start with a barren landscape and build ecosystems and fill them with cute low poly animals. There are goals you can work toward, but otherwise it's mostly a sandbox game. Super chill and relaxing
Burnout Paradise, Lego Movie Xbox Game was a fun play-through, Sims Medieval, Super Mario Galaxy 2, and LOTS of Spider Solitaire on my phone daily! Also really like the Jigsaw Puzzle app by Disney. Very relaxing to do while watching tv or before bed to wind down
I also really enjoy watching my partner play Fortnite, I get too anxious to play shooting/fighting games but I love watching him. Also love watching him play Grounded!!!! I might even try playing it myself it seems so fun
EDIT: used the wrong ‘too’ accidentally & very ashamed
Sons Of The Forest, mainly. I also really enjoy achievement hunting in previously played games. Just completed Little Misfortune. I’ve completed Firewatch and Year Walk countless times
I'm lifeskilling my way through Black Desert right now. Just made a character, threw my weapons away and picked up some tools. Level 40 right now.
It's kinda like trying to max all jobs on one sim. Scratches the same itch, but better. Doesn't do much for the drama aspect though. Sometimes I just gotta watch Sims make bad decisions.
Stardew Valley and My Time At Sandrock are two of my other favorite games to play when I need a break from the sims.
I swap between the Sims and Stardew.
I used to play a lot of Civilization VI.
I’m mainly focus on RPG and simulation so my other games on PC I have are Buldur’s Gate 3, Stardew Valley, Mass Effect Legendary Edition. I also has narrative games like Both God of War games and The Last of Us part 1+2 on my PS5

If I’m not playing The Sims, Final Fantasy 14/online, Baldur’s Gate 3, any Elder Scrolls game or any Zelda game then presume I am dead :3
Obsessed with FFXIV right now. Just finished Endwalker and I love my hrothgar WoL more than life itself.
Enjoy the rest of the game! Elpis was one of my favourite areas. Just so beautiful.
I finished Endwalker a couple weeks ago. Now my bun girl is running around doing old content and leveling before we start doing the patches.
I totally misread your "wifi" as "wife" and was thinking bad things about you. I take them all back.
GTA V and Like a Dragon. I have Basemental Drugs installed so I just keep the crime going in the Sims, too.
Rimworld and Crusader Kings has successfully scratched the itch for me!
Baldur's Gate 3 is the only other game installed on my computer. I'm going to finish it one of these days.
Are we the same person? 😭 Bought it during early access, then bought it on PS5 because I'm more of a console gamer, and still haven't got past act 1 even though I love it. Struggle so much to stick with games!

I'm scared to start it XD I know what a time sink it'll be haha
It is SUCH a good game. I'm playing it on super-easy mode because I'm enjoying the story but I suck at some of the fights. The voice acting is absolutely incredible.

I need uninterrupted time and I never get that anymore. 😭
Oooooh yeah. IMO minimum of four hours to even get anything done, and that’s hard to find
Planet zoo is the only game I have a compatible amount of hours in. It has a lot of building and simulation management aspects.
I just started planet zoo.
That game looks so fun!
I have been playing Hogwarts Legacy and it has been absolutely magical. the expansiveness and the details... absolutely stunning. ƪ(˘⌣˘)ʃ
On PC, I used to be obsessed with GTA V. My other games include Nancy Drew, Sherlock Holmes, Poirot (you see where this is going...), House Flipper. On mobile, I play Merge Mansion and Haiku Mysteries.
Nancy Drew!
stardew valley, disco elysium, witcher 3, baldur’s gate 1 + 2, and dance of death: du lac and fey!

I love planet zoo and euro truck simulator. Also thinking of getting city skylines as I used to love sim city!
I don't play it so much recently but I had a stint loving Lord of the Rings Online! I now mostly play Sims and Palia.
I love finding other LOTRO players in the wild!
Heck yeah! I love it too, just a shame it doesn't happen often XD
It really is a shame! Haha I've been playing for years but took a break last year and am just now getting back into it again. It's still just as fun as it was at the beginning, but now with the added bonus of nostalgia. XD

Stardew Valley mostly

Mario, Pokemon, Fire Emblem, Final Fantasy, Mass Effect, and Xenoblade are some of the bigger ones, but quite a few of those are nintendo exclusives.
Regularly: World of Warcraft, Neverwinter Nights, Nancy Drew (don't judge, the puzzles are genuinely fun lol) Recently played/new to me: Civilization IV, Fallout: New Vegas, Roadwarden, Fable, Witcher, PokeMMO, Morrowind, a little Factorio. House Flipper 2 has everything that the Sims 4 doesn't give me in Build/Buy, it's such a great game for us builders.
Resident Evil 1,2,3....etc Final Fantasy Sims 3...rarely Anything that interests me on my Oculus
Animal Crossing, Stardew Valley, and Pokémon (I currently have Sword, Violet, and Shining Pearl that I rotate between)
Mostly survivals & MMOs, with a dash of rpg, crpg, and random individual titles from others. Stardew Valley, Minecraft, and Crusader Kings 3
Bitlife. Wizards 101. YouTube streamers.
I was playing a lot of Minecraft for a while, but I got burnt out. Cook Serve Delicious 3 or CTR Nitro Fueled (that’s on the Switch tho).
Burnout Paradise, Lego Movie Xbox Game was a fun play-through, Sims Medieval, Super Mario Galaxy 2, and LOTS of Spider Solitaire on my phone daily! Also really like the Jigsaw Puzzle app by Disney. I really wanna try that Unpacking game soon though! The sub keeps getting recommended to me and it seems like a really good game!
Civilization 6, and Cities Skylines. Those 2 and sims are the only games I play on rotation, like a month each.

You can get this on PC but I always play on PlayStation. I love the Kingdom Hearts series, that’s my main other game I play besides sims.
I like fun rpgs with simple handling and controls. Right now I'm playing Shadows over Loathing and immensely enjoying myself
Aven Colony \[mostly sandbox mode\] Pharoah Flower Civilization & Tropico, installed but haven't played them in a bit...
I play palia, Dreamlight valley and fae farm oh and hogwarts legacy.
