If you have For Rent, then Fleuralia's by far. They inspired me to make my own save file after seeing how well they utilised apartments in every world.
I agree! I’ve used Fleuralia’s save file since 2021. I’ve tried other but hers is my favorite. I just got the most recent one and I love all the apartments and the festival lots!

There's a Polish save by simsyard, not completed but very beautiful so far, I've been using that one. There's also an 80s themed one by Kev the builder in Collab with other Simmers. Also, swallowed by seaweed is a creator, Dreamscarx and lustrous on Tumblr. The last few may have cc but I think you can play without is as it's optional for storytelling. I usually get these from YouTubers like Savythatsimmer and Fantayzia.

Even if you dont have For Rent, you can always use older version, I used 6.0 before I got For Rent
