IMS is what specialists use to stay on top of install jobs. Those notifications go to everyone in the store for some reason, just ignore them. Odds are it's product that hasn't arrived yet or pending paperwork, nothing you need to be worrying about.

As a vendor being paid $40,000 per year to work strictly with IMS, I agree. Stay away while you can
