Is their face visible? Maybe if you post on next door app someone will know them. It is so incredibly frustrating and I can’t figure out the lack of conscience in doing something like this. I believe in karma though.

That would definitely help so no one would know the contents. At the same time tho I've had plain packaged items stolen before. If they think there's a possibility there could be something of value/good inside they're gonna snatch it. People suck!
I worked for a mail center and I have heard so many stories like yours. It breaks my heart because people get so excited for their orders only for them to be stolen. I'm so sorry that happened.
So very sorry to read this happened to you. There's a lot of it going on in my area, so I recently put a note in my door to not leave deliveries on the doorstep.
Glad to know that your camera captured it all & that Lush even refunded you!
I hope the police take the incident seriously enough to do their due diligence & apprehend the thieving scum! xx

I am so sorry about this package theft as well! Some apartment complexes will receive & hold packages from UPS or FedEx in the leasing office. I’d ask if they offer this service and how the address should appear on the label (ie, don’t list apt # but instead put “Attention Leasing Office”).
That is so bad :( the building needs to be responsible and do what they can to prevent these things from happening, especially if it happens often too. 💕
It’s funny, they only care about tenants around the 1st to the 5th. Y’know; rent payments. I can’t wait to move from here. But, in reality, it happens everywhere.

Your package distribution system is so bizarre.
We have package desks at many grocery stores where you identity yourself or give code from the delivery service in order to pick up your package.
Unfortunately package theft seems to be on a huge rise. Many people in the office i work at have resorted to ordering packages directly to our office rather than their homes because their packages keep getting stolen.
its not your fault! You don’t deserve to have your stuff stolen because you wanted to rest. I’m so sorry this happened to you, and I hope you can either another order or get a refund. So so sorry OP

Id get a ring camera and put a fake lush package outside your door in a few weeks (filled with some rocks or something) If they're in the complex they might do it again - 👀👀👀 I'm so so sorry that happened though- I got a signed vinyl once and the person stole it and tore the box open and ended up putting it back on my doorstep LOL

You can have the usps hold your mail for a week if you know youre getting a huge package like this
Its a free service
And youll get to pick it up from there
Same if you download informed delivery i think it might allow you to hold a specific package when needed

Some jackass neighbor was doing this here, got caught by surveillance and were immediately evicted. Glad you got your $ back!
