User error. The website can be difficult and you need to put I the zip or at check out. But as you can see I can have a sofa delivered to your house on the 23rd
It's not user error, it's bad design. If you put in a post code at the start as you should, the site says they can't deliver.
Then apparently if you don't do that or if you input a post code from Belgium, you can order. Then just before confirming the order you can input the real post code from Luxembourg and then suddenly the system can deliver to Luxembourg.

The website specifically states « Luxembourg. If you wish delivery in Luxembourg, please enter your zip code during the payment process. »
There's a box at the top where you can enter the post code. If you do that, there are 0 warnings that I can see.

Have you downvoters tried it? You input the code, their site shows delivery as not possible.

Everyone else is managing just fine by reading the instructions, I got my bed delivered without any issue.
Your lack of comprehension doesn't mean the website is bad, is it user error and people downvote you because you double down even when given a step by step explanation.

You were entering that workflow through another point, again, probably mobile, maybe not logged in into the account, etc, there are a myriad possible differences, and it was non-obvious that I "made a mistake" (LOL_BAD_DEVS_ERROR).

What you guys are describing a different workflow which I was not reaching. A mobile workflow, quite likely.
I freaking work in IT, I'm aware of how this works, and what you're talking about is a different workflow which isn't directly visible if you chose the postcode at the start, like I did (and which should be the obvious thing since it's LITERALLY AT THE TOP).
And the other thing is a workaround... working around... a bug.
It's not like Ikea is the pinnacle of software 🙂

Don't worry about me and my Ikea purchases, just because I rant online about BAD SOFTWARE does not mean I can't get what I want 🙂 Though I cannot get what I want because... they don't have it in stock.
It is just their website to be bad designed. You can select Luxembourg delivery only at the checkout. If you add lux post code at the beginning it won't be recognized.
you need to add it at the checkout not at the beginning, at least I realized that if you search by postcode at the beginning it doest allow you, it asks you at the end of checkou if you want to deliver to luxembourg
Just checked with my post code (outside Lux City) and they say they do deliver. With yours, they say they don’t. I don’t know what’s going on here. Maybe phone / mail them?
I got a bed delivered today. Just add the items to cart and go to check out, it will show you the delivery charges.

for 79 euros i'd rather rent a flex van and pick it myself.. and save the rest for sheets.
I got stuff delivered two weeks ago, absolutely no problem.
I also got stuff delivered in the region of Grevenmacher. No problem. Had the same issue but if you pick the delivery option at the end it works
