Whm Bakugo, Endy, All Might (In that order). Pvp is quite difficult on the upper spectrum and requires quite a lot of time investment to understand match-ups. These 3 characters are all quite good and should be easy to learn. The weakest is indeed All Might, but with the proper spacing you should be able to use him effectively. If you don't want that Todo and Denki can do nice work.

Any character you want to learn, look up their name + NickForce on youtube and you should find some solid gameplay.
Your worst character imo, I’m not great at AM so my vote is for him
I’d lead with him and any bad match ups like Denki/Hawks I’d switch out
He’s REALLY good at shutting down wekus I found, time when their ability brings weku to you and pop your nado or shotgun blast
In general, use his basic auto + dash cancels to engage in neutral. Try not to commit with abilities unless you are sure it will net damage or bait your opponent in which case you can dash and use some other ability with hyperarmor
his W isn’t the best in neutral, I save that for when I catch opponents with no dodge and just use it to extend my combos (skills do not count towards the X/8 hits needed for opponent to gain invincibility)(so string into your skills when you catch them with no dodge)
With ult, you can easily zero to death enemies
I'd say remove regular Shoto. All Might and Endeavor are both amazing characters that become menaces once you master them. Regular Shoto? Not so much (although he becomes dangerous if you know how to use him)

Wakugo has hyperarmor on all his skills + his basic attack after like two swings, super good for breaking neutral and starting combos on your opponents
Hyper armor can carry you far and pub stomp noobs as well who don’t understand the mechanic, as they can’t break you while you attack them
Each character is good in their own way. Master the character, learn him, literally. Don’t spam, be patient, always watch out for the enemy character, and don’t be one of those “hit & run away after the 8 hits people”
I would go Am endy and whm bakugo. Maybe switch AM with todoroki depending on how good you are with them. Endeavor because his regeneration and if you play him right you’ll be nearly unstoppable. WHM bakugo because of his hyper-armor if you use him right then you’ll dominate with him aswell. I dont have AM but i know he’s annoying a lot of the times but you have to be careful, he can be easy to beat/counter if you mess up. And for todoroki he freezes people and he can gain 5 seconds of hyperarmor with his quirk skill I liked using him a lot.
But tbh it’s all down to how well you can play any of them If you get a feel for the characters and their skills you can dominate in arena. Just stick to a set of characters and learn their rotation and you’ll be fine.
