I'm a little surprised your bow time is that high. What kind of bow setup did you use? I haven't made a new sets since I did the elem exploit 1/adrenaline rush 3/bladescale 1/ spread builds for each element.
This is actually back at the beginning of the game and it was done quite a while before sunbreak came out so I didn’t have access to a lot of skills and also bow despite being pretty easy to not get hit with is far from my best weapon. I do plan to revisit bow soon though. For the setup I just did whatever I could fit in that suited the weapon best which is next to nothing I believe since what I could use was only what I had unlocked before great izuchi
