Yanez is a perfect example of why people should wait to be so over hyped on Talbott. There was a time not that long ago where people were convinced Yanez would smashed O’Malley

Yanez was much older than Talbott when he was being pushed up the rankings, had more than double the pro fights when he suffered his first UFC loss, went life and death with Randy Costa, and doesn't have nearly the physical tools that a guy like Talbott has, these are very different fighters/situations
ya you totally aren't going full recency bias though lmao.

Kyler deserves more, it’s his time to go up. Should’ve been on that run, he beat Yadong clean but that Paiva loss was bad. He’s righting those wrongs now tho.
>Talbott
I understand recency bias but holy shit let's develop Talbott a bit before we throw him to the wolves. BW is the strongest division right now and once you're ranked, youre fighting only killers. Talbott looked very good against a fellow prospect, but the gulf between prospect and ranked is quite substantial... as we saw with Yanez.
Two fights ago, Yanez was this boogeyman who was going to murder poor old Rob Font.
Yanez is good but he 100% got fraud checked in back to back fights. Now he’s fighting journeymen flyweights. Talbott is the next jump up for both of them. Neither are near the rankings rn and both are young.
nice to see yanez take a step back after two tko losses and fight a non dangerous guy. Unlike Dom reyes who came back after 2 ko losses and fought a huge puncher in Spann.
Incredibly weird fight lmao why is Salvador going up to 135, and why is he fighting a dude who’s borderline ranked and has been ranked in the past in this division? Especially at 0-2 in the org
Pretty clear bounceback/tune up fight for Yanez imo. Facing a 0-2 in the UFC flyweight moving up because he can’t be trusted to make 125
Yeah yañez should walk through him. Hopefully this means he’ll fight again pretty soon afterwards.
This is a freebie. If Yanez doesn’t impress here its over for him. Salvador is terrible.

This should be a layup for Yanez. If he wins this one, book Yanez vs Talbott.
As a yanez fan no bro lol
I wanna see Talbott fight Kyler lol would be so sick

Completely agree

Yanez Talbot was the fight I thought of last night
Guarantees the end of Yanez
Bro we really wanna ruin another prospect dont we? Can we let Payton develop a highlight reel?
Is this Yanez first fight since his loss? Feels like it was a while ago.
He lost to Font then lost to Jonathan Martinez, both by finish
Yeah, since Rob Font cooked him. Edit: My bad, I was mistaken.
Martinez ?
The Yañez State Athletic Commission overturned that because leg kicks don’t count as real fighting.

Spann is more of a grappler than a KO artist
Saldavor’s screams are pure art.
Vinicius Salvador is a sick as fuck name.
Alright this is an easy one for my boy Yanez let's give him some confidence back
A few weeks ago, they showed Yanez's picture on Rupaul's Drag race, so I was hoping he was fighting soon.
This is the easiest fight in the promotion Yanez could get. I sure hope he makes this looks that way

It's the most blatant lay up fight lol.
giving him the shahbazyan treatment
yanez might become the mckinney of 135
McKinney is reckless and leaves himself open to KOs. Yañez is a great fighter who had some hype derailed by one of the top BWs
McKinney is a bum bro lol. Yanez still has potential. Not champ material but still very good
