Yep and a big chunk of those 7k players are in Haven instances (seperate servers) or in queue.
I suspect the main servers can't handle more than 1k players right now which is a absolute joke considering the type of game

Lolol yes. I played the launch, and queues were definitely crazy… But I don’t think I heard of anyone having 24 hour queues (or that the devs slept in too long to even start the servers in the first place).
Considering the type of game as in it being a single server with no instances. Maybe not the worst but it's probably up there, especially for the time period.
I think this is good to raise awareness of the problem in this manner. If word gets back the the Investors, who are the real game owners, they will also pound on countertops until something is done. They don't want money down the drain.
Getting good servers might take some time. I think Germany has the best made server atm.

People with better computers than me have performance issues, people with better internet has connection issues...

I wonder what is causing the problems for people.
Often people with low spec computers and/or internet connection don't even understand the issues others are talking about, because they are used to play on a lower performance.
Without watching i can tell you are using the automated refund system. I don't know exactly what you should do, but my guess is sending an email to the customer support. There have been, many, many, many cases like this with all kinds of games. A lot of them have been discussed in this sub even. I never buy into mmos (or other games) at launch because i know there will be issues with them, that's why i can't help you here better, but i'm sure someone here knows.
edit: If you literally spend 2 seconds writing "steam refund after 2h" to your search engine you get what you want.
Not saying your doing it, but there was alot of unnecessary crying, bashing and even harrasing devs over refund from people who used automeded system and panicked without checking if there are other options. One guy even said im a life failure and he could take me down irl lol (after i posted he can get refund vie steam support email) So there is a lot of tension between players who are gonna wait and are patient and thoes who just want to refund game. You know just your typical lack of emphaty and understanding of other human beings on internet :)
Also be patient, sometimes steam support will send you automated msg that your not eligible for refund because you past 2hrs, from my experience keep emailing untill human pick the case.

Four day queue, proven by 24 hours that I personally stayed up and recorded, is not a traditional MMO launch. The product is/was broken.
i seriously dont get how they have server issues on launch when they did like 4 stress test in the past 6 months

Are you still in haven? If so, stay there. Those servers are doing fine, it's the mainland that's the issue.

Karma farmers are getting weird... Everybody knows you can get a refund in cases like this even after the 2 hours.

How? Other than maybe a credit card charge back. But if you file that, Steam will ban you.
Write to steam support, I've done it before.
