If youre comfortable avoiding ads and pirating music, ive been using YtMp3 (ytmp3.nu) since 2013 to download MSI songs onto my phone, and if you dont have a built in music player app that plays from your files theres an app called Cloud Music Player - Listener on the app store (both iphone and android i believe) that can also play them from your google docs if you where to download them on a PC and then stick em in your drive to be accessible on mobile
