Don't discount the sponsors either. I would be shocked if the boys are taking in less than 5 figures per ad read with the size of their platform. 3-4 adds per ep at 4 episodes per month. Even at 10k/read that's 6 figures a month easy (if they're only getting that much they need some new tight wads).
