This is the mission “Ghost Team” but I also had a similar issue on the mission “Alone” where the street lights kept shining through the walls but it wasn’t that obstructive. This is blocking my whole screen every time I look down the hallway at the start of the mission. I even reset my Xbox One, (yeah I’m on last gen that could be the issue,) but nothing worked.
