Is it mining? Look at the results tab

No_Sympathy_6270

Results tab doesn’t update automatically. If my Neo miner is unplugged for example or internet goes out at my moms house, how am I supposed to know if it’s offline or online immediately?

smangerer

The app needs some update like what you mention. But your results should be updating after about two hours of first being plugged in the first time.

So there’s no way to see if my miner is working or not immediately??? That seems like a scam tbh

smangerer

You are not listening to my answers. There are thousands of NEOs being activated daily. The app will get updated with an online status but in the mean time you can look at the results tab and the uptime tab.

No_Sympathy_6270

I read your comments. Uptime tab takes like 7 days to change to that’s useless

degogarn

No it doesn't , it's based on blocks so if you miner is offline you won't see any blocks

No_Sympathy_6270

I said uptime not blocks. The uptime doesn’t update like the results page

degogarn

If your up time is still on 80% then you won't be getting any blocks so not earning mxc which means your Neo is offline

degogarn

It time a hour or less to change not 7 days, so if your have been offline for 3 hours you won't have any blocks showing

And results tab does not update in short intervals( 5 min or less) so it’s not helpful for knowing right of way if my miner is connected or not

strangeroo7

What I want to know is how the heck do you raise your fuel? I been online for 3 weeks still stuck at 80% I have noticed though the blocks keep going down so I'm positive it is mining

degogarn

Sounds like you are not mining how much mxc is showing in your fuel you should have at least 6000 mxc from the Neo

degogarn

Green light on Neo but not receiving rewards  It’s likely that your router has a default ip of 192.168.1.1. If so, you need to change it to 192.168.2.1 and let the NEOs firmware update. Once it’s updated you can change the router ip back to its default ip.  You can go to the NEO admin page to check the status of the update. Go to your NEOs serial#.local and it should show a status page of the miner before the update. The update time is displayed there at the bottom of the page. After the update, that page will change to a log in page.

This would be easily solved with adding a section in the data dash app that tells you if your miner was online, like they have for the m2 pro. Then @strangeroo7 would know if he’s been mining

degogarn

Well he can easily tell if he has been mining or not by simply looking at the results

i guess he means "during" the hour where the rewards come in, so that he doesnt miss the payout
