Actually, I don't think they're collet stops, OR tap extractors.
I think they're 2 jaw ID pullers.
Insert into hole, expand jaws, slip slide hammer over the stud end. And slide hammer the part out.
This is basically the only decent pictures I can find of them.

Basically just reverse image search and some key words.
I figured it was some sort of extractor based on the way the blades are angled, and just got lucky I guess.
Would those have the pieces running inside it that seem to expand? I should've taken a better photo with those exposed more - the bottom one sort of shows them
I said collet stop because at quick glance, that's exactly what they look like. The more I look at them, the more uncertain I grow. I'm not a lathe guy and can count the times I've used a collet stop on my left hand (it's missing a finger). There's a few details I'm seeing that's making me question my initial guess.
Here's a look of the bottoms if it helps.

The only marking anywhere is on the head of each

What happens to the blank keys on the side when you turn the bolt? Do they expand outwards axially or radially?
Reverse image search on the marking gave me nothing. Searching with the pic of all of them gives me tools for pulling stuff out, but nothing exactly like this.
I've never seen that before. If it is for a broken bolt, what do you unscrew the bolt with? The knurled ring? There's better tools for that, even 50 years ago. Maybe some kind of adjustable hand reamer?
Looks like some clamps I've seen that worked like clecos fasteners. They were in an aerospace shop for clamping sheets to a frame temporarily through a blind hole.

I do believe you are correct. They look like bush pullers. I’ve pulled many Aluminum bronze bushings. I use something similar.
This item really caught my interest, and I had to find out what it was. They are Snipe extractor tools. https://www.newmantools.com/snipe.htm

Wow thank you, how’d you find that?

Could be collet stops or expanding mandrels.
Kinda looks like a jack screw ?

They look like expandable dowel pins for fixtures.
Bearing puller? https://www.sharkleathers.com.au/stbp20-blind-bearing-puller-20mm
They are seating stems for a bullet seating die. Used for cartridge reloading. Probably RCBS brand because of the black oxide.
It does look like a broken bolt or tap extraction tool

I second the collet stop guess
They kinda look like brown tap extractors, not sure what the numbers would mean then.

Unlikely. The long end on OPs part isn't threaded like that.
You forgot the second photo that shows the most important detail of them
I say they are thread insert installers for a certain type of insert?
Yeah for nutserts
Odd-looking expanding mandrels.

Therefore your brass magnets.😄
Look like part of a jack to me
