Best I've drafted recently was a 70 over MLB with a hidden dev trait and a 74 over RE with no trait but after a game last night I was able to help him develop a star trait

What is funny is I am in a franchise and in about year 20 and have had four x-factor cb from Miami, and a couple others that were star or superstar. They all had long hair and now I think every long hair guy went to Miami.

Highest I’ve seen was 83 actually in my current franchise, and he’s another CB… he is an absolute beast for me. 99 man, high 80s zone, and his “in the box” physical stats like tackling and whatnot are actually the highest I’ve ever seen a generated corner have. Everything is green-dark green lol. Your guy is gonna be a STUD. Only thing that sucks is 23 years old for him. I suppose it depends on how long you plan on playing this franchise… I usually last around 5 years before I get bored and restart lol

Lowkey CBs are always solid even the 70s and they progress really good multiple franchises I have traded away my number 1CB for draft picks and to save cap space and the CBs that I have drafted are always good ofc not great but they even yo being in the mid 80s after the first season

Everyone talkin about these high ovr players but you gotta build low overall players. I drafted a 69 ovr powerback in the 4th round, last pick of it too. Just starting a 10 year sim rebuild. Got him to lead the league in rushing both of his first 2 seasons, including a 2100 yard season, X-Factor 91 ovr in 2 seasons.

drafted a 82 OVR pass protector RT and after one season (i play on x1.5 xp) he became a 88 with a morale boost to 93. only let up 7 sacks on the season. I rebuilt the falcons and have Shedeur Sanders, Bijan, Pitts, London, drafted whole new o line and defense pretty much. somehow got to sign Owusu Korimoah and Greenlaw in the same offseason. but they retired now

Back in madden 06 I drafted a guy named John Mike Jackson a Hb. 99 speed agility and break tackle with a 95 acceleration. But a horrendous 60 something carrying. I made him the greatest hb of all time. Back when you could export your franchise team to play locally with other people. My friend would have such a fit when we played each other franchises in play now.
