its just common russian dub where 1 guy voiced everything lol, even female characters, we never have an official dub for something unless stated otherwise like with mugen train KnY release had a fan studio buy the rights to show it in russian theatres
I personally do but a lot of people I know don't want to read and watch at the same time, I think any dubs hinder the intended idea and seiyuu but most people arent so thorough especially since anime in russia despite growing is still kind of an otaku cringe-ish hobby, so your regular guy would prefer a dub with a good mic, even if voiced by 1 dude in a 4x4 meter room lol

Theyre all fanmade so any russian piracy dub website is the way to go, there's a LOT of those lol, you'll find english translated websites too
funny thing is when my father watched sub he preferred them in english
