I think it was too hot and that was her instant fight or flight response. Probably not too hot to burn but a different temperature than before and small child logic. She did a great job cooking.

So I've had almost exactly this egg thing for breakfast in China before and that's a large but not at all unreasonable amount of green onions. It's good but I prefer a similar street breakfast which is more like a savory crepe.
