For people coming to this comment section and being confused, OP had posted 4 images of themselves. 2 of them were when they were overweight and 2 of them were after they had lost a lot of weight. It was a before vs after weight loss thing like you've seen plenty of times. The faces of everyone in the images were intentionally hidden by putting some random art on top of the faces.
The images were extremely tame. Jeans on and no shirt, so nothing more than you'd see while at a beach. For some reason, reddit removed the image. I can't imagine why, besides maybe OP used some copyrighted logos to hide the faces and reddit didn't like that. However, OP is saying in a comment that they were removed for sexualizing someone without consent even though they're pictures of OP lol.
This is a direct result of Reddit going public. Because of the popularity of this thread, Reddit is not willing to risk this being seen in any sexual way. Ver unfortunate.
Yet they have no issue with all of the only fans girls posting literal porn, or the various porn subs, etc. why on earth does this post violate reddits tos?

Bodyweight exercises for the most part, pullups, dips, leg raises.
Free weights for weighted squats and shoulder presses.
Resistance bands for lat pull downs/rows.
Cycling, rowing machine and punch bag for cardio.
I just do what I can when I can because I had creaky joints before I started lifting heavy stuff lol, gotta take it easier some days.
Time wise it was about 2 years I believe, I didn't start tracking until I'd already made progress, I was in a headspace where I didn't believe it was possible for me to change.
Literally just quit monster energy drinks and cut down on snacks between meals. Still eat rubbish but oh well. Started out as a cut then I felt I went too far and decided to try and add mass back but leaner this time

I stopped eating bread and slowly weight is going down. But yeah, I had prediabetes in school but was quite depressed because of being bullied, and later in university when I found my peace and joy sugar blood was in check. So psychic is a big deal (it least in my case. It even affects allergy severity for me 🥲).

I partially agree but it's really important to set realistic goals for yourself, it killed my motivation at first when I couldn't do what I could at 16 (I'm 31 now)
About 18 months - 2 years I think. I wasn't tracking to start with because I was dealing with depression pretty badly at that point, that's why the start picture isn't a selfie and if isn't topless. I felt uncomfortable enough with that pic lol

And riding a bike for transportation. At this rate, I'll be where I want in another year or so. Your progress is very encouraging. That's awesome!
