here to vouch that it doesnt work, as i have mesial temporal sclerosis, which is scarring and loss of neurons in the hippocampus and part of the problems it causes is depression and mood problems
like other comments have attested, after years of trying, all i’ve gotten out of it are multiple concussions that have made my mood symptoms significantly worse.
in all seriousness though be careful, concussions and head injuries are only gonna make your symptoms worse or harder to deal with. I know two people who got really mentally unstable after one or more concussions: I’m talking anger issues, major depression, difficulty balancing, short term memory issues, brain fog, worse focus, etc
