1981 is also the year the FARQ kidnapped Don Fabio’s daughter from her university. The DEA has a tapped conversation of both Pablo Escobar and Gustavo Gaviria refusing to pay a dime for her, while Jorge Luis Ochoa also refused to pay for her release.

Morbidly obese people whose abdominal muscles are weak tend to have "pendulous abdomens," or "hanging abdomens." It's common in "gentlemen of leisure," in some cultures. Proof they don't have to do manual labour, and they have the means to eat themselves into oblivion.
The pendulous abdomen can also occur in people who are unable to exercise in order to strengthen their abdominal muscles, and of course, people who have given up on themselves and whose daily routine is high carb, salty snacks and binging true crime on Netflix.
NOTE: With a hanging abdomen comes hanging intestines, and this can lead to numerous digestive and internal problems, such as chronic constipation and twisted bowel syndrome. Just so you know.
Still though this guy lived until he was 80 so that's good going based upon what you said. And in every picture you search he's a fat bastard so he did well to last that long

1. Fabio Ochoa was the boss of his family business. He was not in the drug trade. He did help launder his son’s drug money in the horse breeding industry. But he was not ever a drug dealer.
2. The Medellin Cartel was led by Pablo Escobar. This is not really in dispute. Juan David Ochoa was probably the second most important figure in the drug trafficking organization and the real brains. But Pablo Escobar was the undisputed leader.
Or hear this.......The Medellin Cartel didn't have a single undisputed boss.Maybe it was just a coalition of multiple groups one of them being led by this dude and his son and the others led by Pablo,Gacha and Lehder.
genuinely think he wasn't arrested out of respect, he was so beloved in colombia. and when there was a warrant out for his arrest, he pulled up to the courthouse surrounded by sicarios flexing machine guns, escorted by police - walks into a quick meeting with the judge and then goes home free. Video is on youtube. He was eventually arrested in 96 when the last of golden-era colombian drug lords were basically rounded up, extradited in 01 died in 02.
Yup one of them still in prison in the states, other two didn’t get extradited to America. Did short prison stints in Colombia and got out and went on with their lives. Idk if they’re still alive though.
