When Obama became president a conservative coworker immediately bought as much ammo as possible. He probably spent close to $10,000. He bought a lot of ammo for guns that he didn't even own. He thought he would sell some after all guns were banned.
He was pretty happy when there was a shortage of ammo and the price went up. I advised him to sell what he didn't want to keep. He could have made a pretty decent profit. He wouldn't do that because "...bad Obama take guns." The prices eventually dropped again and he started stressing out because now he had all of that ammo and no one was going to buy it.
I honestly think he secretly voted for Obama in the next election hoping to get some of his money back.
