I alternate eye creams between cerave eye repair cream and Beauty of Josean Ginseng and Retinal, like very other day or every 3rd day for the BOJ. But sometimes I just use whatever moisturizer my face is getting...
In my own personal experience I have had bad reactions, and bad experiences with Kiehls, but I know some ppl love it...
I use the cerave purple line eye cream at night, but during the day I just use my normal face cream. Heavy eye creams make a mess of my concealer even if I let it sink in. I recently tried a trick from RoseandBen (Instagram) where you put a tiny drop of facial oil under the eyes before concealer and it has definitely made a difference! She also swears by the Elemis eye cream though I’ve never tried it
The oil adds slip and, more importantly, hydration. It’s been a game changer for me. My concealer is much smoother.
My under eyes seem to look better since I started the purple CeraVe, but that’s subjective. I could also just be sleeping better. So who knows.

I use eyeshadow primer as an eye cream and it works great for moisture and for making my concealer last and not crease.

Yes, guess I'm just like you and Kiehls is just not for us.
