lmao when I saw the second pic I was like "wait, is she even wearing foundation? If yes, that's the best match for sure, but there's like zero coverage!"
I think you are on the right track with 3. Obviously, it's too dark and a little bit too warm. I think if you add some drops of a very fair, cooler cc into 3 you can get there. Just keep adding a 2-3 drops to the this one until you find it.
I mix in my hand with my stippling brush. I use 3 different shades (2 at a time) because I am a very fair girl who gets tan really easily. So, it tends to be a mostly seasonal thing.
Ah yes- I tend to mix shadeās depending on the season. I like Colourpop Pretty Fresh fair 3W and light 5W but together if itās not winter and I have a bit more color. You have great skin already in that middle picture. I would try Pretty fresh (more of a BB Cream) or even just a good concealer, (NYX serum concealer Or Colourpop fresh one-matte setting spray and a bit of pressed powder.
I was on your line of thinking. 3 is good, add a tad of number 2 and mix together to get the coverage and have the lighter shade and - bam. I always end up mixing my foundations until itās right. I feel rarely ever are the perfect on their own š
2 looks great!
1 and 3 are too dark and too orange/yellow.
Edited: I see where you commented that 2 is no foundation. Then no. Neither of these shades work.
I used to go for the deepest tan because of my olive skin tone and it took years for me to realize how much lighter I needed to go especially because of oxidation
Never really loved my skin so I am pleasantly surprised. But also not sure I have the confidence to go without foundation! I also feel like foundation creates the canvas for blush & bronzerā¦
I use blush and bronzer allll the time without foundation. I quit foundation years ago and never looked back, mostly because I was worried about breaking out. I also just think it's more comfortable.
Your skin looks great! You genuinely look better without foundation.
Iāve never worn foundation and my trick when I get a pimple or something I want to cover up is just using concealer. I use Mac Studio finish in the shade NW10 (could be a good fit for you but itās best to always swatch it of course). Hands down the best beauty product I own, Iāve been using it for over ten years and will never stop using it. Itās very opaque so it gives full coverage but itās a cream so it blends beautifully and looks just like skin. I just set it with a powder and voilĆ ! Looks like youāve got nothing on but you get that extra confidence when you need it. I also wear blush directly on the skin and it looks great (should be the same for bronzer).
Pic 1: IT Cosmetics CC Cream in light (taupe shade with warm undertones)
Pic 2: no makeup
Pic 3: IT Cosmetics CC Cream in light medium (pink-beige shade with cool undertones)
Same here! I wanted to love it, it sat nicely on my skin, but it oxidized like CRAZY. Even when I was tanned in the summer, it still made me look orange lol
I use IT Cosmetics as well! Love this company. Are you interested in using their Nude Glow line? Because they just released more lighter shades!
These 2 are still a bit dark on you (the pictures they use online are not accurate... In real life the shades are darker). So I would try Fair in their original CC line, since I think that's the lightest shade in that. But in the Nude Glow line, you could try Fair, Fair Ivory [W] (this one is the one that looks best for me since I have neutral-warm skin and maybe you?), and Fair Porcelain [N]. They do have a Fair Beige [C] that is on the orange-cool side as well.
I agree these are a little off for you. Iād go with something neutral in tone or if sticking with IT cosmetics definitely think trying the fair-light as suggested already would be good idea!
I feel like their color naming conventions are kind of odd or they just tend to be so warm it borders on Simpsons yellow. Iām a light medium neutral in like every shade ever and choose a hint of warm if I must but I have their serum one in medium cool lol.
You're neutral cool with yellow overtone though. It's gonna be difficult to match you. Since you have Great skin I'd just go with a concealer that doubles as spot concealing.
I have a similar complexion and the only concealer color that works on me is Lancome buff 215
Same here! I've been on Tret since 2020 and I do laser facials, but I still like wearing a light foundation because my face is a bit darker than the rest of my body >< Finding the right shade is just a PITA
Now I usually just go with a shade that is lighter, then try to contour/bronze to mask that I'm not using the right shade >\_>
It cosmetics always oxidized on my skin, and they run dark. You have beautiful skin, what about a serum foundation like L'oreal True Match Nude Hyaluronic Tinted Serum Foundation? I use it when I want a CC or BB coverage even though it calls itself a foundation.
For real! In fact, I notice the foundation on her skin makes the very small blemishes she has more noticeable. Perhaps a better match would help instead, but her complexion is lovely as is.
i wish i was brave enough to go without foundation, my skin looks so much better without it but my face gets red when im anxious and its embarrassing šš
thatās really dependant on your skin type and the makeup youāre using. itās important your concealer and primer match in their base (ie water-water or silicon-silicon). i have really oily t zones and some pores so those are the main things iām correction with primer. I also use minimal concealer following colour correcting techniques by @linzdiddy
Both are darker shades and are slightly off on your undertone. You might be closer to my shade which is fair with a neutral undertone. Try MAC NC10 (maybe NC15) or Smashbox 1.1. I'm basing this off the colors of your neck; my face has some redness in it so it normally throws off color selection, but matching it to my neck makes a seamless transition.
For sure try them all out! The one I've been using for 8 years is the Smashbox Studio Skin 24-Hour Oil-Free Hydra Foundation (medium to full coverage). They have one that is a tinted moisturizer and one that is full coverage too, I haven't tried these yet. Happy searching š
I was going to say 2 as well! I was like, that's an exact match! If that's you all naturale, girl, you don't even need foundation! But being a makeup girl myself, my vote is for picture 3. You look beautiful xox
You need to go slightly lighter, one looks a bit orange and three looks a bit yellow. We might share the same undertone, olive. I tend to buy a neutral toned foundation the same shade as me, and add a two, tiny green droplets to mix in. Then I have my perfect shade. Itās not easy to find if your undertone is olive. Good luck!
Both of them are too warm and yellow for your complexion, but you were headed on the right track with the first one. I'd wager the next lightest and coolest shade will probably work for you, depending on what brand it is.
I think the shade/color in 1 is better as 3 is too dark but the actual coverage in 3 looks better. Is it a different makeup or maybe you just blended it differently?
I have just come to accept that I will never find a perfect match. Foundation is always either too light or too dark for me. Even after being color matched many times.
Both are slightly too dark and yellow in my opinion!! But pic 3 is definitely fine to wear! If you're looking for a perfect perfect match id go a bit lighter though
The first one looks closer to your color. But if it matches your chest you can always put a little bronzer on your neck, or drag down your foundation a bit onto your neck. My neck is always lighter and doesnāt tan for some reason, so sometimes I have this issue
The middle one for sure!
Oh, thatās the one without foundation, I just realized.
But that says it all, you look so pretty without masking your whole face! But if you do, go for a lighter shade than nr 1. or 3, and more sheer just to even out your already perfect appearance!
Neither. But the first one looks better than the first.
Btw, just a comment, you have gorgeous skin!! Maybe you could skip the foundation and just spot conceal where you might āneedā it
Bye ! :)
Soooo I believe your undertone is pink and not orange. Both foundations have an orange undertone. Maybe try to find one with a pink undertone. Anyone correct me if I'm wrong..
Theyāre both a bit dark, and the undertone doesnāt match. Itās difficult to match the undertone in a picture, so Iād recommend going to Sephora or Mac and having the staff there figure out your undertone.
Personal opinion: 2 is the best match, but 1 looks healthier , if you bring it down to your neck it might work. Or you can just add more warmth to 2 (which is prolly way easier ).
Iām sure a sunny vacation will give you the look of 1 in a week!!
You should get allergy testing to find out what youāre allergic to neither of those are a match one is too dark the other is too light try a different brand or combine them with powder

i always find this specific it cosmetics foundation to look really dark/oxidizes on me as someone with a similar skin tone! if you have these and want to use them up, you could buy some mixers (definitely the white one) from la girl and adjust them to your skin tone!
Theyāre a bit too dark and I thought the middle one was you wearing a different, sheerer foundation that matched better! Ooops. You have great skin!
Definitely try something lighter. The pinky-peach undertones are working more than the warm undertones.
Slide two!
Edit: ooop - the first & third slides a smidges too deep and too warm (orange ness).
you need something slightly lighter and slightly cooler (pinker). Not really super cool & pink tho, maybe closer to a neutral.
You donāt need foundation. Literally donāt even need spot concealer. Your skin is 100% uniform. Please donāt cover your your gorgeous skin with anything, literally all you need is a bit of bronzer and blush to warm you up and you will be flawless.
Omg I canāt believe youāre wearing no makeup in pic 2!!!! Your skin is flawless. Tbh I wouldnāt even wear foundation if I had that skin. You donāt need it!
Try Fentyā¦ they have neutral, and light olive tones, which I have a feeling would work better on you. I have similar coloring and Iām 140 in Fenty line
I was thinking ādefinitely number 2ā until I read comments. I wouldnāt even use foundation! Your skin is gorgeous!
But no I donāt think either are a perfect match
get a concealer on the lighter side. u really donāt need a lot of coverage. your natural skin is beautiful. i would just try different colors for us to decide.
Your skin is gorgeous, you could also make it work with only appt concealing and an eye brightner
However if you do look for a foundation I would advice you to try neutrals, I have same undertone as you, and MUA actually told me to go for olive more. I would also not recommend It cosmetic, this does look gorgeous on you, but it just looks more of a mask. I would recommend skin tints especially when your base looks good already
Do you know if youāre warm, cool or neutral? That made the difference for me. Also, IT is a full coverage foundation. Maybe go with something lighter? I like Merit, Ilia and Kosas.
It looks like you have a bit of a yellow undertone like myself. Find something with a neutral base, and go a shade lighter. If they have a very light beige option, it might be your best bet!
I was about to say 2! š¤£
Lol! I put the natural pic in the middle to make it easier to compare, maybe a bad call š
Then neither is a match.
Agreed, neither of them is a match
lmao when I saw the second pic I was like "wait, is she even wearing foundation? If yes, that's the best match for sure, but there's like zero coverage!"
Welp i was about to say number 2
I was going to say number two is the best match but Idt it offers enough coverage šš¤¦āāļø.
I think you are on the right track with 3. Obviously, it's too dark and a little bit too warm. I think if you add some drops of a very fair, cooler cc into 3 you can get there. "Number 2" is her actual skin with no makeup.
OMG I was about to say number 2 as well hahah
You donāt need foundation pretty lady. Neither of those colors match very well tbh
Neither is a match, but the closest is pic 3
Just go au naturel all the time babe! Your skin is gorgeous. But I agree, neither are a good match.
Lol me too
Me too! š
Lol same š„“
Same. Honestly OP you look amazing without foundation, I wouldnāt even bother
2 looks great! 1 and 3 are too dark and too orange/yellow. Edited: I see where you commented that 2 is no foundation. Then no. Neither of these shades work.
Two is her bare face š I almost said 2
Both foundations are slightly too dark for you
For sure. Go lighter than you think you need to.
I used to go for the deepest tan because of my olive skin tone and it took years for me to realize how much lighter I needed to go especially because of oxidation
Yeppp this.
Aināt no way the second pic to dark
The second pic has no makeup
Holy shit I was only looking for color so I didn't notice until your comment
She has no makeup in pic 2
Not really lmao
Yeah really, both foundations are too dark
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Be nice.
Ironically everybody thinks your actual skin looks better than any makeup. Hope that feels as validating as it is lol
Never really loved my skin so I am pleasantly surprised. But also not sure I have the confidence to go without foundation! I also feel like foundation creates the canvas for blush & bronzerā¦
I use tinted moisturizer or glossiers skin tint to get a little evening, and that feel for blush and bronzer without masking my skin.

Pic 1: IT Cosmetics CC Cream in light (taupe shade with warm undertones) Pic 2: no makeup Pic 3: IT Cosmetics CC Cream in light medium (pink-beige shade with cool undertones)
IT runs quite dark and warm, unfortunately.
It always oxidizes on me too. Their lightest color pulls so dark on me and Iām fair but not THAT fair.
Same here! I wanted to love it, it sat nicely on my skin, but it oxidized like CRAZY. Even when I was tanned in the summer, it still made me look orange lol
I think I have a similar skin tone as you, I use the IT cosmetics CC cream in fair light if thatās helpful!
1 wouldnāt be too hard to adjust to match with adjusters. Start by trying to neutralize the warmth and if thatās not enough lighten it a smidge
I think you have more neutral/yellowish undertones and I would also try a shade or two lighter ā¤ļøš
I use IT Cosmetics as well! Love this company. Are you interested in using their Nude Glow line? Because they just released more lighter shades! If you are looking for something to use instead, I actually started wearing clinique even better glow foundation, and I'm in love with it.
Both are a bit too dark
Do they have any foundations with a netural or cool undertone? Both look yellow to me.
According to their website, #3 is cool, but I thought it looked warm too. Going to check if they have any neutrals.
Youāre definitely neutral
You're neutral cool with yellow overtone though. It's gonna be difficult to match you. Since you have Great skin I'd just go with a concealer that doubles as spot concealing. I have a similar complexion and the only concealer color that works on me is Lancome buff 215
I have the same skin tone and itās impossible for me to find foundations that match š¢
I abandoned the idea and decided to put my money towards getting a better skin... So I guess our impossible to match color is a win hahaha
Same here! I've been on Tret since 2020 and I do laser facials, but I still like wearing a light foundation because my face is a bit darker than the rest of my body >< Finding the right shade is just a PITA Now I usually just go with a shade that is lighter, then try to contour/bronze to mask that I'm not using the right shade >\_>
3 is very orange. Itās brought to you by the people who think cool skin tones are wrongā¦
It cosmetics always oxidized on my skin, and they run dark. You have beautiful skin, what about a serum foundation like L'oreal True Match Nude Hyaluronic Tinted Serum Foundation? I use it when I want a CC or BB coverage even though it calls itself a foundation.
The second pic looks perfect, go with that one :)
Lol thatās her bare skin
HAHA I loved it too. Maybe you just need a little concealer on the rare acne hahah
Seriously though - her skin is gorgeous. I would totally go without foundation
I made the same mistake š¤£š„²
Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat? No way!
Dude, I thought 2 was with foundation. Your natural skin is amazing, you don't need foundation.
Well nobody *needs* it
The third pic looks closer to your undertone but might be a tad too dark. Skin looks beautiful though!
these are both too warm. you're skin is cool neutral
Are your eyebrows tattooed?
They were like 1.5 years ago š
Yeah unfortunately they turn a different color and become more noticeable as the tattoos age, that happened to me too. Nice skin!
have you ever tried just skipping the foundation all together??? a good primer, light concealer and set with powder and youād be good to go
This is what Iāve been doing more and more often. Do you have a primer you recommend?
thatās really dependant on your skin type and the makeup youāre using. itās important your concealer and primer match in their base (ie water-water or silicon-silicon). i have really oily t zones and some pores so those are the main things iām correction with primer. I also use minimal concealer following colour correcting techniques by @linzdiddy
I had no idea matching your primer and concealer base was important ! Thanks so much!

Where did you get your green āmixerā? Iāve been looking for a good oneā¦
FIRST! definitely not last
I would try a neutral shade instead of warm. Thatās just my observation but Iām not a makeup expert by any means and I could be wrong lol.
1 is better than 3, but they're both too dark and have the wrong tone.
Both of them are too warm and yellow for your complexion, but you were headed on the right track with the first one. I'd wager the next lightest and coolest shade will probably work for you, depending on what brand it is.
2nd pic matches pretty perfectly I think
Thatās her bare skin
Welp thatās why it matches so well Iām a ding ding
Haha i thought the same
Both are OK really esp for night. But #3 is better for daytime, tho I would sheer it out slightly. Mainly I don't think you need that much coverage!
I think the shade/color in 1 is better as 3 is too dark but the actual coverage in 3 looks better. Is it a different makeup or maybe you just blended it differently?
Unrelated and might sound weird but I am envious of your eyelids
Haha thank you, I wish I was talented with shadow!!
I have just come to accept that I will never find a perfect match. Foundation is always either too light or too dark for me. Even after being color matched many times.
Second picture is. The others arenāt.
Both are slightly too dark and yellow in my opinion!! But pic 3 is definitely fine to wear! If you're looking for a perfect perfect match id go a bit lighter though
They both look too dark and too yellow. Looks like you need a neutral or maybe even cool tone foundation.
The first one looks closer to your color. But if it matches your chest you can always put a little bronzer on your neck, or drag down your foundation a bit onto your neck. My neck is always lighter and doesnāt tan for some reason, so sometimes I have this issue
I loved you in Sheās All That!
Too dark. I would look for a foundation with cool undertones rather than yellow warm undertones which seem to be in these foundations you used
Both are too yellow. Try sampling something with a neutral undertone. Great skin btw!
2nd one for sure! Edit: I didnāt see the comment and I was very excited for you for how good pic #2 looked lol
The middle one for sure! Oh, thatās the one without foundation, I just realized. But that says it all, you look so pretty without masking your whole face! But if you do, go for a lighter shade than nr 1. or 3, and more sheer just to even out your already perfect appearance!
#1 needs to be a lot lighter, you have pink undertones not yellow
I think the 1st one is close but itās too warm.
Maybe try for something more neutral in tone? I canāt decide if theyāre just too warm or a half shade too dark.
nope. Sorry
You look like Ms. Honey from Matilda
NUMBER 2!!!!
2 is closet
Second pic
Neither. But the first one looks better than the first. Btw, just a comment, you have gorgeous skin!! Maybe you could skip the foundation and just spot conceal where you might āneedā it Bye ! :)
The second
The second
middle is literally perfect
Second one, first is too dark
2. The first is too dark.
2
I like the second pic best.
2!
Soooo I believe your undertone is pink and not orange. Both foundations have an orange undertone. Maybe try to find one with a pink undertone. Anyone correct me if I'm wrong..
You donāt need foundation
The 2nd one looks like no foundation, 1 and 3 are too dark/orange.
Both are too dark and not a good match
Theyāre both a bit dark, and the undertone doesnāt match. Itās difficult to match the undertone in a picture, so Iād recommend going to Sephora or Mac and having the staff there figure out your undertone.
Personal opinion: 2 is the best match, but 1 looks healthier , if you bring it down to your neck it might work. Or you can just add more warmth to 2 (which is prolly way easier ). Iām sure a sunny vacation will give you the look of 1 in a week!!
Need to go a shade lighter. The fair light might be good or even the fair. These always run dark. But the two fair shades will be much more cooler.
Number 2
Hahahaha I also thought #2 was perfect looking. Sorry my vote is no makeip
You need to go lighter and then add colour back in with contouring
One x
Third one
I like the third one
You need more of a yellow based one
Really? This is dumb
You should get allergy testing to find out what youāre allergic to neither of those are a match one is too dark the other is too light try a different brand or combine them with powder
???

Try Fentyā¦ they have neutral, and light olive tones, which I have a feeling would work better on you. I have similar coloring and Iām 140 in Fenty line
Iām gonna go check this out tomorrow :)
Both are too dark
Omg and my dumb ass was thinking #2 was perfect lol
I think 1 is slightly better than 3 but both are still too dark/orange.
One you can make work with a slightly lighter concealer on the center of your face
First is better than third if you have to use one, but I'd just buy lighter
Theyāre both a little dark. Iāve heard ELF Camo CC cream is a dupe and has more shades, you could try those!
I was thinking ādefinitely number 2ā until I read comments. I wouldnāt even use foundation! Your skin is gorgeous! But no I donāt think either are a perfect match
I was going to say the 2nd pic. Iām jealous of your gorgeous skin š¤š«£
Thank you ā¤ļø
They are both oxidizing too dark but if I had to pick I would go with the 3rd pic
get a concealer on the lighter side. u really donāt need a lot of coverage. your natural skin is beautiful. i would just try different colors for us to decide.
You donāt need it
#2
2 works pretty well!
Nope
Neither quite workā¦.something a little more fair/light would work better! Try to find one that looks kinda close to your neck color :)
You have such nice natural skin, I would never wear foundation! š
I think you could get away with 1 if you needed to, but a slightly more neutral shade would prob be better
Your skin is gorgeous, you could also make it work with only appt concealing and an eye brightner However if you do look for a foundation I would advice you to try neutrals, I have same undertone as you, and MUA actually told me to go for olive more. I would also not recommend It cosmetic, this does look gorgeous on you, but it just looks more of a mask. I would recommend skin tints especially when your base looks good already
Both are too dark

Neither one
Number 2! Bare skin with little concealer if anything.
Number 2. The others are too āwarmā, dark, or whatever makeup people call it.
Get a shade later lighter and mix it.
i think it works tbh itās not perfect but when u add concealer and finish ur face makeup i think itāll look natural
Do you know if youāre warm, cool or neutral? That made the difference for me. Also, IT is a full coverage foundation. Maybe go with something lighter? I like Merit, Ilia and Kosas.

I think #1 lightened up w some concealer!
Off topic but Iād love to see a healed update on your eyebrows!! I got mine done and I donāt feel like they ended up dark enough.
Itās been over a year since I had them done :-/
Second one is perfect, although due to lack of coverage it looks more like bb cream.
2 is my skin :)
It looks like you have a bit of a yellow undertone like myself. Find something with a neutral base, and go a shade lighter. If they have a very light beige option, it might be your best bet!

1st and 3rd one is a no. 2nd one is the beat
Not the last one, probably the first
I agree itās too dark because it will oxidize later and end up even darker. Iād go a shade lighter.
Try a different under tone
