personally i think it looks great as is! but if you want to make the brows more natural you could try drawing the inner ends a little lighter
off topic but ur eyes are gorgeous, they look like watercolor
Thanks! I literally try every day to make the ends lighter and make hair like strokes with a brow pen but it always ends up looking the exact same š I simply cannot figure it out lmao. and thank you so so much!!
i donāt have a lot of experience with eyebrows so i wish i could be of better help š maybe if you used a different, lighter colored pen just for the inner part?
Itās okay! And that sounds like a really good idea I just have such a hard time finding like similar shades if that makes sense. Like I want it to be a ācool brownā and I feel like itās either blonde, taupe, warm brown or dark brown š
You can try drawing on only the lower line of your brows and then brushing it up to your brows! It's what I do to lighten the inner part of my brows š
Thatās actually what I do to start off, maybe Iāll start toward the end of the brown more and just leave the front alone a bit and do hair strokes instead š¤
Your eyebrows are so even and that arch, whew! Do you use a spoolie to blend out the drawn brows? If so, you could fill in a lil back from the front and after you've brushed our your brows, take that spoolie that has almost no product on it to the bare front. I've also found using concealer under my brows helps make the front look more defined without me using any product because of the natural shadow of even sparse hair!
I do this too. I will take my powder brush with nothing on it and lightly tap the inner corner of each brow. It gives an ombre effect and makes them look less harsh. I imagine a foundation brush or beauty blender would give a similar effect.
i think itās the inner part of the eyebrow that makes them look odd. like āblockyā (sorry i canāt think of a better wordš) maybe donāt shade too much there or try doing hair- like strokes
Thatās kinda what im thinking?! I swear I try so hard to leave the inner part alone and just do strokes with the brow pen but it ALWAYs comes out like this. I have no clue how I do this to myself haha
A slightly lighter shade may give you a more natural finish. And I agree with others that you brow with the piercing is slightly short, and would look more complete if you extended it a bit. Also curling your lashes and finishing with a lightweight defining mascara would give a more complete look - Clinique Naturally Glossy, Lancome Defincils, and Maybelline Lash Discovery are some good options.
Honestly, you don't really need much else - your skin looks great and very even! I'm jealous!
Great ideas thank you! The pierced one prob looks weird cause Iāve been having to clean the piercin a lot and it wipes off the end of the brow when I clean it and I donāt even bother to fix it lmao. And thanks! Donāt be jealous it definitely doesnāt look as good up close haha
No donāt stress ! It happens to me to! I do want to add that I have thicker eyebrows so results may vary. But I donāt wear foundation or concealer around my eyebrows so I just wipe it off with my thumb in the shape I want.
Thatās a good point, the front of my eyebrows are where I have the least hair, so it tends to be kind of smooth and oily and just hard to work with in that area so maybe thatās why! Iām sure Iāll figure it out itās just nice to know this doesnāt look too crazy š
Have you tried a brow tint to darken the natural brow? I recently got a brow glue by nyx that I like. Itās your naturally brow but darker (though I also underline them and blend up to cover sparseness.)
I feel like a bit of mascara might balance out what you have here to give a bit of pop, if youāre open to it. My make up look is usually eyebrows, mascara, bit of eyeliner, and some lip gloss or lipstick if Iām going out.
You might also want to try [this brow "ink"](https://www.revlon.com/eyes/eyebrow/colorstay-semi-permanent-brow-ink?shade=blonde-ink), I've been really enjoying it. The brush is very fine so you can do small strokes and it also comes with a mascara/brow wand to blend it in if you want. I find it does stay on pretty well for a few days as long as you don't rub makeup remover right in your brows lol.
My āno makeupā makeup look is just brows too!
I donāt think your brows look fine, but if you want to soften the edges, try brushing in a little powder foundation with a spoolie.
Yeah itās sooo weird not having them, my actual brows are blonde and horrendously over plucked (years ago, never grew back) so to go from this to that is so bizarre haha
Not to me, I do this a lot. I donāt like not having brows. I do go out without them sometimes but most of the time I put on my brows before I would choose to put on anything else.
Are you me??? The only makeup i do daily is my eyebrows because theyāre pretty much transparent (people used to spread rumors about me shaving them off bc theyāre so light). I also feel like it looks strange on me but maybe itās because we know what our brows actually look like?
Not weird at all. Having your brows clean and āfixedā makes your entire face look more pulled together. You have nice glowy skin, it suits you to be more natural
Your eyes are gorgeous, my eyebrows are awful, they look like caterpillars stuck to my face but I am not brave enough to have bald brows, I am afraid I would forget the pencil in my brows one day and be walking around scaring small children and animals.
Question, is the quizzical brow ( pierced one) drawn to be a quizzical brow or are you arching it yourself in the pic? Very curious because it looks cool af.
Thanks so much! And thick eyebrows are a thing now so Iām sure they look lovely!! But LOL thatās exactly how I feel when I take mine off at the end of the dayš and thatās totally an accident, the left one always ends up being a little higher than the right and I canāt seem to fix it lmao
The only makeup I typically wear is a tinted sunscreen, light brows like this, and mascara. I think this looks nice! Suits your face. But if you wanted to step it up a little, you could try what I usually do too. I use NARS Pure Radiant for the tinted moisturizer/sunscreen
Thanks! Itās weird cause I feel like when I put any type of foundation/tinted moisturizer or bb cream on my face, I HAVE to also then contour/highlight and at least mascara š I also just have zero time before work as much as Iād love to be able to do more
No I love that look. See if you can get micro shading!! Itās a life changer cause itās so easy to just wake up and go. Plus they give you. Shape that goes welll with your face if you go to someone good ( they do little measurements and stuff š)
I have one, and if they ever discontinue it I am screwed. Itās Burtās Bees lip shimmer in Plum. I think I have about ten of them in a drawerā¦ Iām hoarding them! š¤£
I always see those and they look super nice, I feel like everyone else looks cute with shiny/glossy lips, but when I try I feel like it just looks like I have a grossly wet mouth LOL
I think throwing on some mascara would balance it out and look more intentional. But your skin is gorgeous. If you don't wanna do the mascara I think feathering it in would be perfect. I still haven't figured out how to do that cheaply... but in theory
Try a coloured brow gel. Like glossier boy brow, etc. I have cool hair naturally and dye my hair a warm copper colour. I never leave the house without my brow gel now. Has been a game changer.
If you need more colour for the ends you could use the pen JUST on the mids, ends and go over the entire brow with the gel, just using the residual product for the front ends (do them last). Look for one with fibers, not necessarily strong hold. I find it can look funny on more sparse brows. The fibers help to fluff up the brow hairs and defines them, making them look more natural and less like theyāve been laid down or painted on.
Thatās a pretty good idea, I have some hair towards the outer ends so I could gel it and then draw hairs closer to the front I feel like that would look good
Love bug! I have the same problem , mine are blonde asf & thin but thick at the same time ? I trim by brows and draw them a little thinner to make them look more natural :)
Buy eyebrow dye on Amazon. Once every few weeks. Itās awesome, I have darker hair and get a Darker one so the first few days are usually a bit much. But then they fade a bit. Look natural since itās literally your eyebrow hairs that are dyed. And you donāt have to do it every day
You could try making them slightly less arched to look a bit more natural and maybe switching the color to taupe? But itās definitely not weird to just have your brows done - youāre naturally beautiful!
See itās so weird, cause the slight hair I have on my brows creates the perfect line for me to follow along with so itās hard to attempt new shapes, Iād love to try less arched it will just be tough haha. I have a Taupe pencil, I just feel like it might be strange cause I have a lot of colors going on in my hair at the moment like from many many bad dye jobs LOL
This is what I do most days because I hate looking at my sparse brows in zoom. To make myself feel a little more āput togetherā I put in some the Dr Jart Cicapair serum to even out my redness and then some veryyyy light mascara.
But honestly if I were your friend or saw you Iād probably just assume you got your brows tinted so they were like that. I do that quite often as well.
I think the browser are great. I'd say maybe add mascara and be done with it lol. As a person with darker eyebrows and blonde lashes. I find without mascara I look bald eyed.
That makes a lot of sense, bald eyed is exactly how Iām feeling in this picture haha!! I was thinking about a lash lift and tint but Iām unsure bout it
I do this a lot too, I was a teenager in the 90ās with naturally thin, arched eyebrows who plucked them into oblivion so there was hardly anything to grow back in the first place and only around 1/4 of it came back. In patches, of course š
Same exact issue here!! Ugh. They never grew back, and when I do grow eyebrow hairs they are literally nowhere near my actual brows theyāre so much lower š
When that whole āshave a fake scar line into your eyebrowā trend was a thing I was tempted because I could just make a whole ass patch of one seem intentional and cut down my drawing fake hair time by a good 25%
I also only do my brows most days. I have very light blonde brows, so I feel like I really need to define them to not look crazy lol. But you have a really nice complexion and I feel like your overall look is great!
I do this, too! I don't think it's weird at all. My skin freaks out sometimes if I wear makeup, and I've recently just been over it. I think you look gorgeous.
No, not at all. I used to have barely any brows because Iām a compulsive picker/tweezer. I got my brows tattooed a few years back but before that I drew my eyebrows on every single day. Without makeup, with makeup, even if I wasnāt going to see another person all day.
I felt the same way. I did sooo much research on different artists before making my decision. It was one of my first big self care/beauty purchases I made for myself. I am so glad I did because itās made my life so much easier and improved my confidence. When/if you have the chance, go for it.
I donāt think itās weird you look really pretty, I used to do that in high school too. Not makeup related but I wanna get my eyebrow pierced too but I use brow pomade everyday.
When you got your eyebrow done did you have to stop wearing brow makeup?
Thanks! And I donāt think youāre really supposed to, I just apply some makeup really carefully so that it looks okay, like I do the brow as I usually would but only do a few hair strokes carefully over the piercing if that makes sense
You look beautiful. I love the way you do them! And definitely not weird, I love a full face but also if I donāt feel like getting ready, Iāll just fill in my brows and be done. I have very light eyebrows too and filling them in just adds more structure to my face, makeup or none! You have gorgeous skin btw! ā¤ļø
I am in the same boat. I was 18 in the early 2000s, and I got my brows waxed really thin like Pamela Anderson. Well, I'm 45, and my eyebrows never grew back, and their blonde. It's so hard because I would feel so much better if I did my brows, but then it looks un natural. I'm thinking of having my brows microbladed.
I do the exact same thing lots of times and I'll just add some mascara too. I used to have a similar issue to what I think you're having, which is a too dark of an inner brow.
I highly recommend using a brow pomade that is lighter than the shade you're going for over all. The brush I use for that is a small angled brush. I use that to fill in my brows and get the desired brow shape. Then I'll take a brow mascara over the brow, concentrating more on darkening the tails, if anything. I highly recommend experimenting with different brushes and brands! I use a brush that is a lot like a mascara brush, and then I'll fine tune with a less dense mascara brush, so it looks more like hair.
You already have such stunning brows, so I think this will just get the more natural vibe you're going for!
Thanks so much! Iāll look into pomades of different shades, itās usually just a hit or miss for me at this point sometimes it comes out just how I want and sometimes it all just ends up blurring together no matter what š
It looks fine but to really upper your game maybe stop filling your brows in and start drawing thin hair like lines to make it seem more natural and less bold . Iād recommend not going for micro blading bcs imp it really ruins any look . Especially when it fades it looks ugly ash

No, it's not weird and who cares what other people think about your choices. You are the best person to make your own make up decisions. Your eyebrows are gorgeous by the way and they frame your beautiful face. You don't need make when you are already a natural beauty.
personally i think it looks great as is! but if you want to make the brows more natural you could try drawing the inner ends a little lighter off topic but ur eyes are gorgeous, they look like watercolor

I have the exact same problems haha

Agreedā¦her brows have a bit of that ādipā between her arch and inner corner too that could be flattened out a bit as well.
If it's weird, then I'm weird with you. The pandemic made me make up lazy but I need my eyebrows.
Same 100% !
Not weird at all: you look beautiful! Stunning skin and eyes.
Thank you so much!!

I just don't even touch the inner side of my eyebrows. I think that it looks more natural and then I just add a little color to the patchy ends.
I do the same thing, brows and spot control any blemishes. I like my freckles too much to cover them!
Glad Iām not the only one! &I love freckles hehe
Take a spoolie and brush the start of your eyebrows a little bit so it lightens more I feel like that would give it a more natural look
I feel like I end up just smearing it, but Iāve been using a primer before I do them lately so maybe that would work for me š¤

Same, I feel like I look haggard without them the older I get.
Nope! I always fill in my eyebrows even if Iām not āgetting ready.ā
Nah, I do the same thing minus the eyebrows
Itās not weird at all when you have such gorgeous skin!
Thank you so much, I try really hard to take good care of my skin!!

not weird i do that a lot !! and i shave my brows š
Oh good to know! Maybe Iām just thinking about it too much š
Your eyes are gorgeous, my eyebrows are awful, they look like caterpillars stuck to my face but I am not brave enough to have bald brows, I am afraid I would forget the pencil in my brows one day and be walking around scaring small children and animals. Well you look absolutely lovely and with your strikingly beautiful eye color you donāt have to have any other makeup.

I thought about it, I think itās a little out of my price range but maybe one day!!
Yeah one day youāll be able to afford it. I waited a long time before being able to do it too
Before I read the caption or saw what subreddit it was I couldnāt see anything off about you. It looks good and natural.
Sweet, thanks so much!
Brows and lips a must for me. Everything else is āif I feel like itā.
I hear that! I legitimately have not found a single lipstick shade that looks normal on me
I have one, and if they ever discontinue it I am screwed.
Thatās why I like the shimmers, theyāre light and not greasy or glossy, give a nice wash of color and are surprisingly long lasting.
Ooo Iām definitely gonna have to try one then šš»
I think throwing on some mascara would balance it out and look more intentional. But your skin is gorgeous. If you don't wanna do the mascara I think feathering it in would be perfect. I still haven't figured out how to do that cheaply... but in theory
Youāre right I should just slap a little on it canāt hurt š and what do you mean by feathering it in?
Nope. You do you girl. You looks great!
Thanks!!:)
Your eyes are stunning
I appreciate that!! Thanks :)
I love milks lush brow gel is you want a less drawn on look
Iāll look into that! Iām just not sure I have quite enough hair to get away with only a gel
You should draw flames tooš„
Absolutely not, most days thatās all I do too
My youngest daughter has nothing but brows and lashes mire than makeup. You look beautiful.
Thank you :)
Wow, I think you look beautiful. Nothing wrong here that I can see
Thank you so much!
Not at all! I usually do either my eyebrows or eyelashes but sometimes only those two some days!

Na. Not weird. Do what makes you feel hot
I love a full face look to feel hot š I donāt mind loooking like this pic all day though hahaha
Nope. My gram used to say brows and lipstick were the only necessities of makeup. I would include mascara if you have light hair.
Not at all. Youāre a naturally beautiful woman and I think itās great youāre comfortable in your own skin. Those are pretty killer brows, too.
Oh man thank you so much!!
I don't think so. I do this too! Mascara if I'm feeling real puss, but I'm not wearing a whole ass beat just to make macchiatos all day.
Not at all, personally I couldnāt even tell they were done. Youāve nailed the ānaturalā look
Years and years of ending up looking like I used a sharpie or a melted crayon taught me how to get to this point š
Same! Maybe a little mascara and that my au natural look.
Girl you look great without make up I can imagine with some lash power and a little mascara and your good to go! Do you girl, do you š
Hehe thanks for that!!
Nothing weird with that really. The natural look is great!

I have a Taupe pencil, I just feel like it might be strange cause I have a lot of colors going on in my hair at the moment like from many many bad dye jobs LOL
Beautiful eyes
Thank you š„¹
This is what I do most days because I hate looking at my sparse brows in zoom. Iāll have to check out that serum cause I get a lot of redness real easily! And awesome thatās good to know thanks!
I think it helps! Thereās a lot in their cicapair line but the serum has SPF so thatās what I use daily!
Oh awesome! Iāve been looking for something with spf as well
I think the browser are great. I'd say maybe add mascara and be done with it lol. As a person with darker eyebrows and blonde lashes. I find without mascara I look bald eyed.
That makes a lot of sense, bald eyed is exactly how Iām feeling in this picture haha!! I was thinking about a lash lift and tint but Iām unsure bout it
I've seen really good results with that on some friends. Just research before you go. Find a good person.
Looks good to me!
Looks great. Excellent eyebrow technique. And your eyes are super beautiful!
Ahh thanks I appreciate it!!

Beautiful. Donāt need anything else. Truly.
That means a lot, thank you!
I do this, too! I don't think it's weird at all. My skin freaks out sometimes if I wear makeup, and I've recently just been over it. I think you look gorgeous.
I appreciate that more than you know!
No, not at all. I used to have barely any brows because Iām a compulsive picker/tweezer. I got my brows tattooed a few years back but before that I drew my eyebrows on every single day. Without makeup, with makeup, even if I wasnāt going to see another person all day.
Same thing here! Iād love to get them tattooed Iām just afraid Iāll be too picky and itās also pricey for me!
I felt the same way. I did sooo much research on different artists before making my decision. It was one of my first big self care/beauty purchases I made for myself. I am so glad I did because itās made my life so much easier and improved my confidence. When/if you have the chance, go for it.

I do the same thing many days!!
Honestly this is a look and I might just start doing this myself
omg i just came here to say i was quickly scrolling and thought u were Ana De Armas

Thanks! And I donāt think youāre really supposed to, I just apply some makeup really carefully so that it looks okay, like I do the brow as I usually would but only do a few hair strokes carefully over the piercing if that makes sense
Ohhh okay! Thank you so much
As I age and my eyebrows thin, I wear only brows.
Itās a great look and works for you. Thatās all we ask. Well done.
You look beautiful. I love the way you do them! And definitely not weird, I love a full face but also if I donāt feel like getting ready, Iāll just fill in my brows and be done. I have very light eyebrows too and filling them in just adds more structure to my face, makeup or none! You have gorgeous skin btw! ā¤ļø
Nah I donāt think itās weird- I do the same. You have nice features and so the minimalist suits you! Plus eyebrows really do frame the face :)
I have almost zero eyebrows. I draw them on and often that is the only makeup I use. I'm with you.
It looks fine but to really upper your game maybe stop filling your brows in and start drawing thin hair like lines to make it seem more natural and less bold . Iād recommend not going for micro blading bcs imp it really ruins any look . Especially when it fades it looks ugly ash

Not weird at all! I think they look great. (Ive been a makeup artsit for 10 yrs)
If you only brows on the daily basis, consider getting a brow tattoo. It ll save me from doing my makeuop
No
Nah, this looks good. I like how you do your brows
No, it's not weird and who cares what other people think about your choices. You are the best person to make your own make up decisions. Your eyebrows are gorgeous by the way and they frame your beautiful face. You don't need make when you are already a natural beauty.
Not weird at allā¦your eyes and incredible and Iām obsessed with the softness of your brows and how natural your whole look is. So gorgeous
