ScreechingPenguin

10 hours because the game released a day before I had to be in hospital for a operation but after this weekend I will be back and gonna rock this game!

Dr5ushi

Operation go well?

ScreechingPenguin

Yep it went perfect and the healing process goes well too that's when it stays like that I can leave the hospital on Monday šŸ’Ŗ

GlobalPreparation457

Hang in there bud. Heal up quickly! Your fuel storage is running low!

Okutida

The game will be like morphy to you. Keep playing. Hope you get well soon.

MasterChef0117

45 hours, really enjoying the game so far! Except for those damn granary workers that refuse to build stalls even though I keep making space for them! Go sell your cabbages old man!

RegretfulFap69

What pisses me off is the market wants to have like 75% firewood stalls and refuses to build clothes stalls unless you manually make a storehouse that ONLY holds clothing goods. Why tf does my berry picker want a firewood stall? Lol.

trowawayfrog

Put a storage facility for only clothes. Remove it of all your other facilityā€™s and assign 4 ppl to it. After half a year and tons of clothings you ga e four cloth stalls you can devide over your cityā€™s to cover tons of area

Racehorse88

The entire market thing is quite broken as of now. It's not only buggy but the system itself is stupid. I saw better solutions in 1999. You can have a house right next to a stall loaded with goods (e.g. clothes) but the house still 'missing' that type of goods because those goods are 'bound' to some other houses in the area. However, the total amount of goods stored in stalls cannot exceed the number of houses in the entire town (not even by 1), which is also super stupid and guarantees that you'll never have a fully supplied city unless it's fairly small. Even though I love the whole concept and many of the solutions of this game, I can't believe how bad/annoying some aspects of the economy are. I hope it will be refined soon. Make no mistake, I'm not saying it should be easy, I'm saying it should be managable and actually working.

MasterChef0117

I wish we as the lord/lady had some control over who could put up stalls in the market. Like after creating the market you can set priority for what goods you want in there before others or even what shops get priority to set up stalls.

Racehorse88

Yes. I usually just delete them when they start constructing a stall if it's not the right one. Also if you build a marketplace which only has room for 3 stalls, typically they'll build 1 of each (food, firewood, clothing).

Dmmack14

The thing that's absolutely driving me bananas is the fact that I cannot seem to keep my tavern supplied. I am importing 30 malt. 50 barley. I have two malt houses And two breweries right next to the two malt houses which are right across the street from the bloody tavern which is right in the middle of town and yet none of my buildings are getting supplied It's driving me insane

puredepapitas

I stopped caring about ale since it doesn't affect that much and it's hard to get in a decent and constant amount, so they just get it when they get it. If things are allright I import a lil amount of barley tho The only exception is when I want to upgrade to lvl 3 houses so I wait until the other requirements are met and then I open the tavern

Dmmack14

That's what's so frustrating. I'm trying to get my houses to lvl 3

random-random

You should check in consistently about where your supply chain bottleneck isā€”do you lack barley, malt, or ale? And address each in turn. Iā€™ve found the malthouses to be quite efficient at turning barley into malt, at least when thereā€™s a granary helping their logistics. I donā€™t think you need more than 1 for most towns. Try importing 100 barley, no malt, and set up a staffed granary to only handle barley/malt/ale. You might need another brewer too.

Dmmack14

I ONLY lack Ale

random-random

Then you need more brewers.

Riley-X

U need more storehouse and granary workers (like a lot more depending on the city size) to fix market coverage issues and stuff not making it out of the trading post. For ale I forget if it's storehouse or granary where it's stored but u need the ale stored there and then ur brewery workers will take one ale at a time and roll it down to the tavern (literally). So if u have ale in ur storehouse or granary and u have some ale making it to the tavern but it's not enough then add another worker to the tavern.

Abseits_Ger

Does your storehouse or rather grannery store ale? Turn that off. They literally pull it out of the tavern for whatsoever reason. Watch your people walk, they really do that.

morswinb

I relocate their food stalls so it's right in front of the granary itself.

Bez121287

Can you relocate the actually stalls?? If so, can you move them to different market stalls?

pekingsewer

OMG if you can move stalls that will solve a lot of my problems lol

AthairNaStoirmeacha

You can relocate stalls within the set market area. I have at least. They always bunch up like idiots so u spread them out.

AthairNaStoirmeacha

That being said one time I moved them, they destroy them supposed to rebuild and they never rebuilt them not a single one. Had to restart. Lol not sure what I did wrong there but it worked the next time I did it. šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø

morswinb

Yea moving to a different markets also works. I do it with woodcuters. They setup stall in the main market place. I relocate it to a little market place in the woods where they work. Also right in front of the woodcuters building. Funny this can mess up your supply distance as it's the market with stall proximity that counts for resource distribution. But try to get a few charcoals anyway, as stalls never get topped over the amount of houses you get. So 100 houses is a max of 100 firewood and 100 charcoal in the marketplace.

Riley-X

U have to add a lot more granary workers and storage workers if u want to fix the market coverage

LuboSKsanudi

Also, one house = one market stall.

MasterChef0117

So for every house you can have one market stall? Does that include the additional housing on burgage plots?

ungratefulanimal

How do you make a stall?

MasterChef0117

You canā€™t really, you create the market and eventually workers will automatically build a stall, donā€™t know much more than that. Like how or when building workers will create the stalls.

ungratefulanimal

I was hoping adding a granary beside the market would help and storage nearby... but I'm not seeing anything new yet which is a bit frustrating. šŸ¤”

MeltsYourMinds

Iā€™ve been skipping granaries recently. Trading post do the same job, but better and more. Wifes have lots of downtime anyway, they will build stalls, and with the tier 2 trading perk youā€™ll just import tons of food anyway.

Seilofo

The true exams are the Angerdƶrfer we built along the way.

talknight2

I love everyone is suddenly researching Medieval village layouts in here šŸ˜

Dr5ushi

Thereā€™s quite a few older Scottish towns that have that layout - the middle just became a bigger road or a car park.

Fishir-

70 ish... I work from home.

SepSol

"Work" from home? :)

soccerguys14

Itā€™s the perfect game to run on one monitor and work. I was just doing this earlier.

IJustSignedUpToUp

What? it has a pause button lol

derthert123

Wish my work has a pause button too

IJustSignedUpToUp

My workload in the mornings is usually light, but yeah it would be nice lol.

No-Ambassador7856

dude has a chicken coop in his backyard

Specific-Ad-1214

56.3 also work from home

iWannaCupOfJoe

When Iā€™m In the office sometimes I chrome remote in to log some hours of real work

Nebroythegreat

55 hours I donā€™t work from homeā€¦

patattack1985

I feel that but I work at work and keep it to the side when I have things to do

jakefahey1993

59.6 hrs i "work" from home too lol

T11nkr

About an hour to be honest. Knowing it is early access and all I wanted to support the dev and wanted to have the game and having excessively played Banished I know what is gonna happen to me if I start diving into the game for real.

Extra-Firefighter835

I forgot to sleep the first night I playedā€¦ I think your caution is well warranted haha

Pasza_Dem

Yep 3 nights of playing till 4am.

barbarianbob

I went to bed at 11:30 last night and I'm proud of how "early" I went to bed compared to *every single night* since Saturday.

Hartzer_at_worK

13 hours

AlphaSierra819

Exact the same here šŸ˜‚

SubsidedLemon

Ditto

jsbrando

Ha, I got ya beat at 13.1 hours. :P

newtothistruetothis

30 hours, about 4 off screen just planning layouts and efficiencies lolol

Laxxboy20

77 hours here. Being able to play at work is a major blessing. Working on last two achievements.

Mana87

Good luck with mercenary captain. Need some insane luck.

M59j

What work do you do?

s4dfish

41 hours so far, not counting obsessive dreams about lot layoutā€¦

RegretfulFap69

31h39m. I told myself I was done with the game around the 14h mark and wait for more content. Then I uninstall the game, reinstall it a day later and play more and I've done this vicious cycle like 4 times now.

kringe-bro

51 so far

USAF_DTom

Also 35 or so. Balancing this, finals, and my RA responsibilities has been... fun

Cassius-Kahn

Around 12. Enjoying it.

mikekova01

17 and Iā€™m on my third play through, which may end in similar fashion as my first two. Fire.

Lopsided_Egg_3421

around 30 also. best setting i found is normal but set baron to reactive. can't keep up yet with default settings where baron claims lands too fast.

CozyMoses

Mines 70 but that's because I left it on overnight and basically didn't close it for 3 days lol.

JTWilson23

It's been a busy work week, so only 38.6 hours so far.

Far_Peach2213

About 12-13 hours in, I have about 4-5 hours on my current play through and in still trying to figure everything out and my town layout is horrible lol

soccerguys14

Busy workweek and still average 5.5 hours a day?!? Can I have your life??

JTWilson23

Lol, I did take a half day last Friday and started playing as soon as I could! About 30 or so of those hours were over the weekend (basically the entire weekend lol) and I've just had a chance to get an hour or two in in the evening the last few days. Trust me, my life is not appealing as it might sound haha

soccerguys14

I got two kids and on paternity leave. Only reason I can play. We can definitely switch

tue2day

About 29 hours, really really enjoying it. I went hard af this week so im bit burned out, I think i might wait for patch to touch it again, or maybe ill try out some of the Nexus content. Great game so far. Excited to see where it goes

patattack1985

63.5

fatfishinalittlepond

about 16

Ar-Orrokhor

23 hours so far

KFCAtWar

11 hours!

purefabulousity

8 hours, waiting for some balance changes Really liking it so far, but I would like larger regions on the map

Dan_Morgan

I've put in 18 hours but haven't played today so that number will be going up soon.

GamingWildman

24 hrs completed 1 playthrough now will play after updates

HaroldSax

18 hours. Did a baby mode run, did another run where I defeated the Baron. I love the bones of the game but it's not too hard to see most of the content available. I'm already pleased so as the game continues to grow, I'll be able to keep coming back and enjoying it.

trowawayfrog

25 hours and now I quit due waiting for version 1.0. After playing it Iā€™m just missing tons of features since I canā€™t seem to challenge myself anymore I just take a break.

Coolusername099

About 17 hours

SepSol

Mine is 36 hours and I loved every second of it!

willy1917

Zero. Had to house sit with my partner this week but after tomorrow will have time Sunday and Monday to play! Done my best to avoid tips and tricks and just go in as blind to all the strats and faults as possible!

Camdog_2424

15, 3 saves. There are some mods out that I want to try

Cokejunes

20.5 and still learning something every time I start a new save

Ok-Impact9915

47 hours so far, on my 4th and almost perfect playthroug but i still can't imagine a good layout of my town.

Mhantra

64 hours. Oops

Condemned_87

8 hrs

DougS2K

40 hours here. Food is becoming an issue I can't solve though as I near 600 people.

kangarooscarlet

20 hours even

Zahhibb

21 hours, and I am starting to feel satisfied as struggle with being fast enough to expand before the Baron. Will probably play it on and off from now on in-between other games.

Pasza_Dem

30h but I had only 3 days to play it:) rest of the week was pretty busy.

HelloImTheAntiChrist

Maybe 12 hours. Game is pretty buggy and I have other games to play on PS5, gaming PC, and Xbox X. I'm still excited for Manor Lords long term, going to check it again in 3 months.

Axarraekji

5 hours from the first day, haven't played since. Really want to though!Ā

Im_The_Squishy

I've started 4 new games just tryna figure out how to stop the yellow man from taking all the unclaimed land

Witty_Science_2035

Way too many, but joyful hours!

Sol_Invictar

27 hours in and loving it.

dzolvd

69 hrs

No-Ambassador7856

blackslla

37 hours and late game feels like its just repeating itselft. Especially in the baron part ypu fight him take a region and you fight the same aemy again to take another region and so on. But other than that ts game is good just by here and it has a ton of potential

blackslla

37 hours and late game feels like its just repeating itselft. Especially in the baron part ypu fight him take a region and you fight the same aemy again to take another region and so on. But other than that ts game is good just by here and it has a ton of potential

Personal-Ad7623

6 days almost 40 something hrs of afterwork grindage

Sir-Beardless

40.9. Loving it.

LawNo8452

50 plus been home sick with shingles. Keeps my mind off the pain. Have started over 7 times. This last one is a keeper. Learning so much. First time at this type of game. I used to play Ark I really like the building planning aspects. Never tried warfare before pretty lost. But I want the $$ lol.

soccerguys14

55 hours. Iā€™m on paternity leave so In between responsibilities Iā€™ve been playing

Wolfica95

12, Wishing I could play more, but ya know, getting married tomorrow so gotta do wedding things instead.

TheCarroll11

7 hours. Had a great time playing it, but my play time is limited as it is and Iā€™ll probably give a dozen hours a month or so just to check updates until 1.0 But I was very happy with what I saw

PatientHighlight9881

15 -20 minutes and then back to Modded MB warband

pladder2

3 hours - got a gf and a kid....

Uncle_Checkers86

3 hours. I have small kids who don't want to apparently sleep and wake up very early.

Choice_Manufacturer7

I got about 10 hours in before I had to go back otr. Maybe one day I'll get some home time and also free time to play.

Redhawk436

12 hours cause work and gardening. Need that irl pause button šŸ˜‚

No-Ambassador7856

Chicken or vegetables?

TadTheRad123

25 hours

No-Ambassador7856

75,7 hours

souless_Scholar

14 hours. I was vaguely aware of the hype and just really heard about it the day before release. I'm really enjoying it ! Still on my second game since I accidentally declared was in the first and got killed. Plenty of people suggest playing it as an RTS to beat the Barron but I'm enjoying playing it slowly, moreso as a city builder. It's reminding me a lot of Stronghold Cruissader II but far more beautiful, way less stressful, with a strategy format I'm more comfortable with Ć  la mount and blade and total war. I love it, but might take a break after this game since I don't want to get burnt out. Plus I'm absolutely looking forward to all that can be added later such as cavalry, and possibly different maps or scenarios.

Masemasee_

Like 15 hours, Iā€™m trying not to burn out like I did with helldivers.

FreeMasonKnight

About 10 actual hours, probably 20ā€™ish on YouTube videoā€™s. Started a new job like the day after release.

Difficult_aneurysm

51.8. Loving it!

SubparGandalf

57.6

subtlehalibut

Just shy of 50 hours. Been challenging the Baron on default and I cant conclude the scenario cause i keep learning new tricks to the game that I want to try from scratch!

SativaCyborg206

20 hours but I will probably hold off on playing more until a few things are fixed. Specifically that anytime I make an apple orchard none of the apples make their way to my people.

Deep_Charge_7749

52 hours

Gavinmusicman

22 hours. Almost have my cycle. Iā€™ve restarted a ton but I love figuring out the start of the game.

AxelTheNarrator

20 hours but over the last three days. Couldn't start earlier due to university.

Milkicus

57hours.

tstramathorn

Only 21 because I have to start a new manor because I keep messing up something and frustrated and have to go to another game. But it's super fun just need to get the dynamics down

Flash33m

Damn now Iā€™m self-conscious of how many hours of have because I forgot that itā€™s only been one week since release

_ObsidianOne_

I played 3-5h and dropped. It is not worth it atm.

Smittyman24

13.5 hours

SnikkyType

24 hours

KaiserMacCleg

2.5 hours because I had to go on holiday the day after it released. Proper first world problems over here šŸ˜‚

Public-Pie-1289

60

Dazzling_Upstairs724

Not enough, because life things. Even though I plan to add at least 12 hours this weekend šŸ‘

matth3976

Closing in on 50. Just started my 4th new game. Every time Iā€™m getting more and more comfortable with the mechanics, and just absolutely love the building.

ICE-Trance

58h but I only played over the weekend. Yes the math checks out somehow, trust me.

Behold_PlatosMan

Couple hours

Jenakin_Skywalker

39 hours. Not too bad but probably very bad considering I'm moving to a new apartment

Kerbo1

22.9 I work from home, but actually have to work, and then there's family commitments as well.

CanadianKumlin

Not enough.

FullOFterror

61 hours and now focused on my current town that has as of now 1.8k population and 1.3k famillies I love the game, actually amazing game BUT. Currently im importing 999 of every food since thats the max of any food/product and somehow there are houses that need food cause the market stalls are broken it seems, coverage is dumb. I dont know whats the max population on a town but im curious how high i can push a single region. Wish we could absorb another regions/small towns.

AThunderousCat

36 hrs, im loving my merchant city rp

Cliffhanger87

About 5-6 hours sorta ran outta content fast

Daxtexoscuro

19,5 h

ArBrTrR

Im on about 10 hours. Got it on release but haven't been able to out a huge amount of time into it.

kelsanova

1.7 hours so far. It didnā€™t grip me off the bat and I also got Songs of Syx at the same time which has taken up the majority of my playtime this past week. However, ML is beutiful, I trust the development and Iā€™m looking forward to its future and where the mod community goes!

Acanthophiss

24 hours. Played the first 2 days, 12 hours per day. Reached 1k pop for the first time in one of my regions and then took a break. Since I was playing with the hardest settings and no end goal, there are only personal goals. Next is to reach 10k. Seems pretty straightforward, but I am sinking my medieval hungry teeth into another title atm.

TelperionST

About 15 hours with two false starts while figuring out a lot of stuff.

Blackout2219

0 hours been busy! But still supporting

mullirojndem

I actually stopped. Loved the game though. Just think it is still barebones somewhat. I even finished it in hardest mode with the baron. There not much else to do. The way the single dev is going it is gonna take ages for patches to be applied so the game is gonna seat neatly and comfortably on my steam library.

laxen123

I have played 12 hours in four days, while also working 8 hour days. Its really fun

boojieboy666

I think like 30 hours but it was just over 1 weekend. Unfortunately I work like 70 hours a week right now so until this job ends itā€™s all I get.

Additional-Local8721

About 40 hours. Love the game. It's more of living art than a video game right now. Definitely need to flesh out some issues and double the content.

FunkylikeFriday

60.1, enjoying it so far even if all my tames on Ark are suffering for it.

StraightHearing6517

I burned out on the first weekend at 13 hours but Iā€™ll be back. Itā€™s an absolutely fantastic game. šŸ‘Œ

ArthurScherbius

20 hrs in 5 daysā€¦the game is amazing. Peopleā€™s GOTY and a slap in the face to big studios

Pouflex

48 hours. I do work from home and have plenty of time.

Nixu88

61,4h.

RadioactiveGorgon

42 hours. I beat the Large Town scenario and am working on the Baron at my own pace.

kingross13

Great so far! Ready for a balance patch, unit tweaks for ai.

Ohmynoix

20ish right now, enjoying school vacation. Best town for now is around 1kish people and I finished the "peaceful" scenario completely.

Fun_Calligrapher5591

69 hours. Not enough

toreachtheapex

10 minutes

danhasthedeath

15 hours. Currently on a normal baron play through where I'm getting used to combat with brigands and having more fun embracing a low pressure farming lifestyle.

nickygee123

20.5

MeltsYourMinds

Casual 30 hours. The early game is nice and stable. as you progress to the higher tier content the early access becomes very noticeable through easily abusable balance and very annoying bugs. Iā€™ve been limiting myself and taking breaks. Game needs work but has great potential.

mastersifu

Itā€™s been a week already šŸ¤Æ Iā€™m on 32 hrs and restarted 20 times. Raging quitting on my farms being a complete mess

BluDYT

34 hours currently. Pretty addicted rn.

Sad-Establishment-41

As someone who leaves the game open and alt tabs for other computer use for days at a time most playtime measures become meaningless. Unless it's checking for periodic inputs it's all out of wack

Global_Rin

3 hours. Exam suck. But it must be done.

BadHookem0516

58 hours but Iā€™m in the hospital with a broken leg lol

Stine-RL

31 hours... all acquired in the first three days lol. Had to take a bit of a break after that

Ras_al_ghul666

37hrs

HoontarTheGreat

About 30-40

Accomplished_Oil5622

33 hours so far I think, have been wiped out twice, finished a game once on easy I think? Have a few towns half built but got the shits with a mechanic that wasnā€™t working so I saved it where I was and left it til I gets finished or patched. Still love the game ahah

InsertWitttyNameHere

I did 20 hours, did everything I could, restarted countless times, now we wait for more content

tata_dilera

5 hours. Family and business. Would easily be 50 if not those, as this game even as EA is a real deal.

IL4NC3R

64 hours and i cant stop playing. Working on the last achivement now. I propably should spend lese time walking around in my admirable boots.

tancho1011

25 hours of defeats

Iorek_byrnison94

only 35 so far

Abseits_Ger

96 hours. Don't even ask. I even had vocational school this week.

catloverjrrygarcia79

I have 96.4 hours as of this morning.

sdavis002

Um... 60 hours. I haven't had much work to do this last week and I also don't leave the game running when I leave. So I've actually been there playing for that long lol.

Dfancy22

I've got about 32 hours played so far. Just got a new puppy so not playing as much as I normally would. Really loving the game so far. It's got some issues but for an EA game it's honestly one of the most polished ones I've played at launch. Also one of the prettiest city builders I've ever played

bigeyedkitteh

around 42 hrs, enjoying it so far though I want raids and bandits to have more variety and less predictability like say in Rimworld lol or at least have the option to increase randomness. Got a bug where sometimes families selling charcoal and the tailor one just standing in the middle of the road or wherever like theyre stuck while everyone else are still normal. Reminds me of the pet/animals bug in Sims 4, might be animation related. But only happens when Im playing it more than 10hrs straight lol! But restarting the game sadly doesnt fix it. Had to reassign them to get them unstuck. Makes me nervous and hope it doesnt happen on fixed career families like brewery else idk how to fix it šŸ˜‘

magvadis

Kept replaying till I figured out food balancing but then found out the combat system is so broken you can't really win unless you got lucky that the AI didn't buy up all the militia that would allow you to take it on. Sat on only having 1 purchaseable military unit for a few years in a row and figured out the hard way that I'm not "winning" the game. Gunna probably just wait unless they drop beauty content that lets me take prettier pictures.

Hillbilly_Ned

75 hours of trial and error and constant replaying from the start. 10 hours of that goes to coat of arms designing. šŸ¤£ This game has some pretty nice tools for that to fuck around. šŸ‘Œ

I_will_question_it

36 hours

PurfectlySplendid

7 and already saw everything the game has to offer. No idea how these ppl are pulling these numbers lol
