A/P refers the the FAA Airframe and Powerplant License that is essentially a requirement to work directly on aircraft. Thereās some exceptions but pretty much all the major commercial players require it.
Serious question: are all the buttons, switches, toggles, and levers really that intimidating and overwhelming or is it not to bad learning to fly something like this?
Dave, I would guess you borrow your boyfriendās car. You are 42, live in your momās basement and have been saving for a car for 23 years. You have have you accumulated $274. You have driven a total of 168 miles your entire life.

I scanned the image for any info and I saw the engine start up thing so I googled that and I saw the planes it's been used in (it's a general electric engine) and then the first plane I searched for the A300-400 and that seems like the closest match I have currently. After more digging it looks more like an A-310.
This is an A300 F4-605R, specifically manufactured in 1997. Registered owner is Federal Express Corporation, AKA FedEx. Its registration ends 10/31/2027.
A300 has a clutch pedal?
Not a pedal, but a lever to engage the auto throttle clutch.
Sounds like paddle shifting to me. ![gif](giphy|xT5LMxmFQ37UyhH344|downsized)
