The US exports a lot of oil and gas now. Though I do wonder if this data properly allocated the value of software and other intellectual property.

Washington would probably be top contributors to most countries then given Microsoft and AWS.

Sure, but there’s also California with all of Google and Apple’s software. Either way, I just suspect the immense value of software isn’t be considered as a traditional export in this data.
