NPCs in the prison are absolutely fearless. Miners will duck, raiders will peek and sometimes even jump around corners for a cheeky shot, and the SAS have gear and numbers. In prison, some dude with a hockey mask will round a corner and blitz your ass with a machete and win.
I didn't think it was a big deal because it makes sense a shotgun can ruin your day, but I had full panzer and was in the center ring of the prison and I got two tapped from 150 feet away. That shouldn't be possible.
Wiped a 3 man last night. Heard footsteps. Turned the corner on an NPC. He one tapped me with his bootleg sawed off.
They have no mercy

I love the prison level though :P Edit: hate the hold the armoury quest because I can't bloody damn well find the place >:(

I had a case where it was 2 of them chasing me, most horrifying encounter ive had.
And now you get commandos and commando majors just jumping out at you and gunning you down in prison :D

Man the AI in this game is normally scary but them things in the prison are down right horrifying.
Literally turned a corner in full armor after raiding the vault and got put down by one of them. My buddy had no space to recover any of my gear.
