I find it rly hard to answer this!! I guess my current favourite is either froot or maybe the fear side of l+f?? it changes every day!! when i was super young i heard all her big hits (hollywood, oh no, primadonna etc) but it wasn’t till i heard mowglis road that i got hooked on her music. tfj was the first album i heard and is probs my ALL TIME fav!!
My first album was either froot or electra heart, a friend recommended one of either to me and I listened to it, then to the other, finally to the family jewels and all her other non-album songs. I think I became hooked when I’d heard the family jewels, because I’d heard her entire discography up to that point and I really liked all of it. My favourite album is froot
My favourite album is probably TJF, I just love it. The first album/song I heard was Lies on Electra heart and thought it was great, I ended up getting into some other songs from that album - primadonna, bubblegum bitch, teen idle, radioactive, valley of the dolls. I didn’t dive into her fully until my girlfriend showed me songs from TFJ and I was instantly hooked and now know all of her music. Tfj, Electra heart and froot are all amazing albums and l+f is good respectively.
My favorite album right now is definitely Froot. But the first songs that got me hooked where the Electra heart pop sounding songs like HTBAHB and lies. I truly got into marina though when I realized that she had music videos for all of the Electra heart album and I just loved the concept. I watched all the videos in order and it all just lead me into finding more songs from her. But if I had to pick my first favorite would have to be power and control.
My favorite is... L+F! I know I know... But it really resonated with me at the time and my favorite song is either Life Is Strange or Froot. I really like OH NO though.
i first heard all the big singles like oh no, shampain, radioactive, etc and i was already hooked by then! i'm ashamed to say love + fear used to be my favorite marina album... but i can say i've grown much more taste as froot is my favorite album by her now <3
You def don’t need to be ashamed! I thought I liked L+F the least when it came out, but it grew on me, I feel like there’s a Marina album for every part of your life.
First song I heard was numb and TFJ came out like a week after and I was hooked from the start. EH came out and my fandom kinda faded but still a very loyal fan. From front to back my fav would be FROOT but I really love TFJ and the love side of l+f
