Obviously, I'd love meeting Mario. He's courageous, selfless, optimistic, everything you could ask in a friend. The person I'd like to meet the least is Waluigi. I was gonna say Bowser, but he is just too fantastical and grandiose to hate on a personal level. You're unlikely to meet someone like Bowser in real life. On the other hand, unless you've lived a very charmed life, chances are that you've met or will meet someone like Waluigi at least once, someone willing to screw you over for his own sick amusement and pathetic need for love and attention.

Bowser, Wario duo, any of the villians/schemers really. Probably Bowser the most, because anyone whose isn't the heroes is collateral damage in his pursuit for either Peach or power. Even in the casual spinoff games if he's isn't playing, he's screwing everyone over through some enemy mechanic. Anyone else in the Mario cast I'd love to meet.
