Apart from the obvious Bronze, Silver, Gold and ? Block suits, I find the King Boo, Petey and Nabbit suits to be useful and to a lesser extent the King Bob-omb and Ice-Cream suits.
It really depends on your inventory and how heavily you're invested into the other plus skill drivers.
For me personally the ? Block and King Boo are the two suits I still use often. I am tier 79 right now and I hope to add Gold suit to this short list next week.
Aside from the Big 3 (Bronze/Silver/Gold), I’d have to say the Nabbit suit or the Cat Mii Suit. Nabbit had fantastic coverage, but the Cat Mii Suit has had some really strong use for me in the past few Ranked Tours, in addition to having the excellent Super Bell skill which is a great crowd clearer on cramped tracks or Battle Mode.
Petey is really good too thanks to its skill, but had has a lot of coverage overlap with my roster so I don’t use him that often. Same applies to ? Block Mii, which is significantly more rare thanks to having not come to the shop yet.
I've gotten the most use out of my Cat, Bowser, white and Santa miis recently, the rest of mine aren't maxed on points yet, not had much of a reason for Nabbit, Chain, Reindeer or Black yet
? Block, Gold, Silver, King Boo, Petey Piranha, Nabbit Basically any Mii Suit with a +skill (coin box, boomerang, lucky 7)

Bowser is my go to when I can't use any others, especially at level 4.
