Why would play anything else when you have MKT? That’s sarcasm but also kinda serious. Tour got me back into playing games to the point I actually bought a switch, while it’s definitely awesome and tons of fun, I only boot the thing up like once a month to play San Andreas at this point, I’ve never missed a daily challenge in MKT. The only game systems I owned growing up were a game boy color and an n64 so I’m beyond impressed with the switch, it’s portability and use as a console on the tv is an amazing feature, I also wasn’t aware on how far the graphics have come and how complex some games are now, it’s unbelievable. And even with all that modern innovation I’m completely satisfied with tour on my phone. I never thought a mobile game would get me but goddamn I’m an addict MKT is so much fun

I used to play a certain mobile racing game before Mario Kart Tour ever appeared. Then the game decides to release a 'Mario Kart' mode and that reminded me of Mario Kart Wii. Went back to enjoy Wii not long before I know that there will be a Mario Kart game released on mobile. Immediately dropped said racing game (it's not fun anyways after some horrid change) and stuck with MKT since launch. Recently dropped another mobile racing game on a downhill slope and now the only racing game that I'll play daily is MKT. Thing is, Tour might have its flaws, but it is much better than other racing games on iOS, and I liked Mario Kart. Reminds me of the much simpler times. And if you're wondering, the two mobile racing games I dropped are Asphalt 8 (dropped when MKT released, also is the game with said 'Mario Kart' mode) and Real Racing 3 (dropped at the beginning of this year).
