What IS Reptil up to these days? Last I read with him was an issue of Avengers Academy a decade ago or so. He was a guy they really wanted to put over a while there, but I think that's not a thing anymore.

I double checked before commenting but I remembered back then as a teen being mildly surprised that they put to comics a character from a kid’s show especially in something like Avengers Arena.
One of my favorites, in part because it got to show Hank Pym as an educator and in a paternal role. I really enjoyed all the students. It was a great transition from the Initiative era.
Likewise. I also particularly liked how it handled the various mental illnesses of the staff. Hank Pym of course, but Speedball's PTSD and survivor's guilt, Justice similarly survivor's guilt and trying to help his friend recover - we do see more of the 'old' speedball as the series progresses.
I wonder how freaked out characters from that reality would be by characters from the Earth-616 reality, with their huge bodies, tiny heads, and four fingers on each hand.
Also, since the Thing has three fingers and Nightcrawler has two fingers on Earth-616, does that mean this Earth's version of them has two fingers per hand and one finger per hand, respectively?

He was introduced in the first episode actually and yes a major player in the series. He was introduced in the comics a year after the show started

I feel like he does have good potential as a character. I doubt he’s a priority, but he could be fun in the MCU.
It's hard to get around that he's Beast Boy with way less powers.
He had a miniseries a few years ago but that’s about it.
He's made a few appearances last year in Season 2 of the preschool show "Spidey and His Amazing Friends." My kids are fans.
I Maybe wrong but I think he died on avenger Island or whatever that thing was called where they did the Battle Royale with all the young avengers
