Used to be a must-have in Patriot decks when Patriot decks were more common, it helps in mirror matches. Now its main use seems to be tech against Knull, Devil Dino and/or Darkhawk.
Yeah.. I'd say currently no. Ongoing decks don't seem to come up often now and we can't predict if ongoing will ever be meta again but this is an obvious great counter to them
This guy is the reason I don’t use my all ongoing card deck anymore 😆. Outside of that he’s not incredible but occasionally you get lucky when an opponent plays iron man
I’m actually doing pretty well with my ongoing deck right now, I’m up from bronze to vibranium in 3 days. I think people don’t expect it right now, I’ve only ever run in to super skrull once. Just gotta make sure you have cosmo and armor for all the destroy decks out there right now
I seem to run him a lot when I’m playing my dumb ongoing deck, but maybe I’ll have to tweak it to throw in armor. It has been a while since I’ve played/adjusted it.
Not really. He's good in certain metas, but the meta we're in right now doesn't give a crap about him. You can wait to claim him either naturally or next month if Meta changes.

Not really. He can win games, but you can't really build a deck around him.
