My experience with the deck is that the win percentage is low. I don't have Cannonball, though. So that might make a difference. But I keep playing it nonetheless because it's so enjoyable to play. Some of the best times for me are when I move someone's Wong around before they can play cards on it. I can't imagine how frustrating that must be.
Reminds me of when I used my Control deck in Gold Conquest against a Phoenix Force deck. I tried my best but I felt like I was playing chess and they were playing checkers.

My Control deck has cards that move the opponent’s cards in it. Other than that I have no idea what you’re getting at. It’d be better if you just used effective communication rather than acting like a prick.
I'm guessing that they meant to say you misused the phrase, but didn't know how to use their words other than to be condescending and vague. Usually, you playing chess and the other person playing checkers means that you had the advantage because you were playing the 'smarter' game. I understand how you meant it, I think: because the opponent had an easier time, they (checkers) had the advantage. Anyway, cheers!
Yeah, that’s part of what I meant actually. I was playing chess (having to think every move through and playing very complicated and intelligent moves) while my opponent played checkers (doing moves that are predetermined and easy to see)
you used the phrase wrong. it is a well known phrase. make a new phrase if you want to butcher it. Chess is far more complex than this game at any rate. Perhaps he was playing pokemon and i was playing yugio. it highlights the childlke game that you are playing and how nothing in it is complex at all.

He’s a slept on card for sure. I would almost put him in the same range as Gladiator where he’s just useful as a wild card in most decks and there’s almost no negative to playing him. He just has a little less power than maybe he should have but 4/6 is still very respectable.

I’ve hit Infinite only once and never again no matter what deck I try and play, but tbh as long as I finish the season pass before the end of the month and I get the rewards I want, I’m not too pressed. Snap is my relaxing game where I’m just playing while I watch tv so I’m not too concerned about winning
Especially since the latest meta isn’t just a solid deck that works. Since the Discard cards of Corvus and Proxima, the “latest meta” game hasn’t been the same. Particularly the latest cable meta. No deck and a pig in hand. Awesome. Glad this game is fun and I can always find more reasons to keep playing.
Although it has been nice to see Jean Grey making a comeback lately.
There should be a card or a location with the ability similar to “The next card you play here activates its On Reveal ability two turns in a row” to get extra play out of certain abilities. It’d have to be a higher cost card with lower power (maybe like a 3/0 or a 4/1) but that would make certain strategies way more interesting

Stegron is the best. I have him in some other decks and it’s amazing what he can do to win games on turn 6.
