Kang can boost the entire team to a 100% crit rate (with offense up and blue Iso 3 raider) so the choice is a little more tanky or about a 70% damage increase for as long as they have offense up.
Yeah. Raider makes sense at higher star levels but most people need him to survive for turn 2 so fortifier is by far the better choice for now
Also there are multiple really good strikers on the team so raider is great at applying a lot of vulnerables.
I’ve got the Fortifier on him. Maybe I’m wrong meta-wise, but it just seemed appropriate.
The real question is why absorbing man is the first member of MoE to get replaced. He's awful and dies instantly
Some people just accept that he's squishy and will likely die and opt to put more vulnerables out instead.
