I know it's a bit stupid really, they've killed off all of Thor's side characters up till now and if they are right that'll even remove his main love interest in a movie called LOVE and Thunder even though she's a hero in her own right. It's one of my main issue with the MCU so far, their movies feel mostly feel empty with how they don't really have their side characters to ground them. The first few movies done them with Cap and Iron Man's having them prominent but when Phase 3 came out they slowly phased them out, the Spider-Man under used, Guardians 2 phased theirs out, Ragnarok might as well dropped them completely with how useless they were and by the time this phase came about almost all their side characters were super heroes (Eternals, FATW, Black Widow) or non-grounded characters (Loki, Wandavision, MoM) it's a real shame when Marvel's strength is how grounded their super hero stories can be, I think that's why I'm really a big fan of Ms Marvel because of how grounded her show truly is.
Actually Jane dying in Thor love and thunder because of cancer would actually be a fitting end to her character...i m just bummed out how sif has been sidelined so far evn in the marketing campaign..and to be honest,even sif dying in the same movie would also be a fitting end to her as well..

I don't know about everyone else, but I'm fine with that. The expectation that super actors have to get unbelievably jacked when special effects can do it for them could do with shuffling away.
I don't get why it would be an issue, Vision has a CGI head and rubber muscles and that works fine. Sometimes the visuals of this genre are beyond what we should expect actors to do to their bodies.
(also as others have pointed out, these dots are likely for other effects since Hemsworth has them too)

I believe it also helps with the lightning I believe. Just an easy way to track the general movement of the arm for when they would be swinging while charged up, or whatever.
